Support Materials Sample Clauses
The Support Materials clause defines the obligations and rights regarding any supplementary documents, guides, or resources provided alongside a primary product or service. Typically, this clause outlines what materials will be supplied, such as user manuals, training guides, or technical documentation, and may specify the format, delivery method, or permissible uses of these materials. Its core function is to ensure that users have access to the necessary information to effectively utilize the product or service, thereby reducing confusion and supporting successful implementation.
Support Materials. Materials relevant to the application, not specifically referred to in Article 16.2, shall be compiled and maintained by each faculty member. The faculty member may submit their support materials at the time of application to Human Resources. Support materials must be limited to the documentation that will fit in one four-inch three-ring binder. The University reserves the right to convert this to an electronic process during the term of this agreement. Upon completion of the evaluation process and appeals, if any, the faculty member must retrieve the support materials within thirty (30) days. An individual applying for their second promotion in rank at YSU shall receive due consideration for activities and accomplishments that occurred during the twelve (12) months immediately before the effective date of their last promotion (i.e., the year during which the individual was last recommended for promotion).

Support Materials a. If Client selected Support Materials, subject to Client providing full payment as detailed the SANS Price Quote, Client is hereby granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable, and non-sublicensable license to use the Support Materials for its own internal use as identified in the SANS Price Quote and this Section 3.
b. Support Materials:
i. are provided as digital files only.
ii. are not subject to “per-User” limitations.
iii. may be modified or updated by SANS from time to time.
c. Client agrees to:
i. use the Support Materials in accordance with the terms of the Agreement;
ii. ensure its Named Users and Active Users comply with the terms of this Agreement and shall be responsible for any Named or Active User's breach of this Agreement;
iii. not copy, reproduce, distribute, display, modify, or create derivative works based upon all or any portion of the Support Materials in any medium, whether printed, electronic or otherwise, without the express written consent of SANS;
iv. not attempt to gain unauthorized access to the SANS VLE, SANS ACLP, or their related systems or networks.
e. The default delivery language for Support Materials is English, unless specifically identified otherwise in the SANS Price Quote and SANS Invoice. If Client is eligible to receive Support Materials in more than one language, such option will be indicated in the SANS Price Quote and SANS Invoice at an additional cost.
f. Support Materials delivered to Client pursuant to the terms of this Agreement may be branded with Client’s logo. SANS agrees that it will not use Client’s logo for any other use without Client’s prior written approval, which approval may be granted or withheld in Client’s sole discretion. Client does not receive any additional rights to Support Materials, outside the terms of this Agreement, as a result of Support Materials having been branded with Client’s logo.
g. Should Client start using the Support Materials in non-trial and/or non-demo manner, such action shall be deemed as acceptance of the terms and conditions outlined herein and automatic execution of this Agreement.
Support Materials. As they are available for general release, LLC will make available to Vet USA, for download in electronic format, LLC's customer service materials, training materials, troubleshooting materials, and marketing materials, for use by Vet USA in developing its own materials. LLC agrees to cooperate with Vet USA by providing documents and information necessary for regulatory filings.
Support Materials. ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ VUE may provide the Tests, operating procedures, Test Administrator training and support for the operation of the PVTC. ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ VUE may furnish testing exhibits (written and electronic), if any, to Company. ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ VUE will furnish training materials to Company to provide training to Company’s Test Administrators.

Support Materials. Faculty members may submit Mmaterials relevant to pre-tenure, Tenure, Tenure to Promotion to Associate Professor, and other personnel materials not specifically referred to in Article 17.
