System Commissioning Clause Samples

The System Commissioning clause defines the process by which a newly installed system is tested and verified to ensure it operates according to the agreed specifications and performance criteria. Typically, this involves a series of inspections, functional tests, and documentation reviews conducted by the contractor, sometimes in the presence of the client or a third-party inspector. The clause ensures that any deficiencies are identified and corrected before the system is formally accepted, thereby reducing the risk of operational issues and ensuring the system meets the client's requirements from the outset.
