System Manager. For FuelForce® hosted software, a trained Customer System Manager responsible for maintaining integrity of the system’s hardware and software and a trained designated alternate (backup) must be identified as the customer contact for Multiforce. Use of the Multiforce Response Center for telephone assistance and requests for on-site or remote access assistance are limited to the designated System Manager or alternate if the System Manager is unavailable. The System Manager or backup may request that the Multiforce Help Desk contact a different person such as a district fleet person, IT person or a service contractor to resolve a specific issue. An email request to ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇@▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇.▇▇▇ created by the System Manager or backup referencing the contact including name and phone number along with the description of the problem, will be opened under the System Manager or backup. Replies will include any persons who were copied on the email request.
