Teacher Defined. The term “teacher,” when used in this Agreement (unless otherwise stated), shall refer to all personnel represented by the Association in the bargaining unit defined above.
Teacher Defined. For all aspects of this agreement, except as where specifically distinguished, the term "teacher" shall mean a member of the Bargaining Unit.
Teacher Defined. The term “teacher”, when used hereinafter in this Agreement, unless otherwise stated, shall refer to all personnel represented by the Association in the bargaining unit as defined above and whose employment is subject to the Michigan Teacher Tenure Act, as amended.

Teacher Defined. Probationary teacher" means a duly certified or licensed teacher who has completed less than four (4) consecutive complete school years of teaching in the ▇▇▇▇▇ School District under a written teaching contract, as provided by law. "Career teacher" means a duly certified teacher who has completed four (4) or more consecutive complete school years of teaching service in one school district in Oklahoma under a written teaching contract, as provided by law. The ▇▇▇▇▇ School District, employing a teacher who has previously held career status within the State of Oklahoma, may grant career status upon renewal of the teacher's contract following the first year in the District and shall grant career status upon completion of the second year in ▇▇▇▇▇ unless:
A. There has been a break in service greater than one (1) year.
B. Out of state experience greater than one (1) year shall be considered a break in career status.
C. The Member of the Bargaining Unit has been placed on Conditional Employment Status.
D. At the end of the first year, the Member of the Bargaining Unit who has completed four (4) or more years in one school district under a written teaching contract and has met the requirements of subparagraph A, B, or C may request his/her principal submit a petition to the superintendent requesting that the Member be granted career status. Upon written request, the Member shall receive written notification that he/she has achieved career status in the ▇▇▇▇▇ School District (2012, 2015).
Teacher Defined. A ... classroom teacher and any other professional employee required to hold a license from the state department shall be deemed to be a "teacher" within the meaning of this section
