Technical Competence Clause Samples

The Technical Competence clause sets out the requirement that parties, typically service providers or contractors, must possess and maintain the necessary skills, qualifications, and expertise to perform their contractual obligations effectively. In practice, this clause may require the party to demonstrate relevant certifications, experience, or adherence to industry standards throughout the duration of the contract. Its core function is to ensure that only capable and qualified individuals or entities undertake the work, thereby reducing the risk of substandard performance and protecting the interests of the party receiving the services.
