Temporary Housing Clause Samples

The Temporary Housing clause outlines the terms under which a party, typically a tenant or employee, is provided with short-term accommodation. This clause specifies the duration, conditions, and responsibilities related to the use of temporary housing, such as payment obligations, maintenance, and what happens if the housing is needed beyond the initial period. Its core function is to ensure both parties understand their rights and duties regarding temporary living arrangements, thereby preventing misunderstandings and disputes over housing during transitional periods.
