Temporary Suspension of Service. (1) If any of the following events occurs, Cybozu may temporarily or emergently suspend provision of the Service:
i. When maintenance of Service system necessary for provision of the Service or maintenance or engineering work for telecommunication equipment is required or when any unavoidable fault occurs to such system or equipment;
ii. When it is determined that the normal provision of the Service becomes difficult as a result of significant load or fault within the Service system;
iii. When any possibility is recognized that the Customer or third party may be severely damaged as a result of provision of the Service; or
iv. When the provision of the Service becomes difficult as a result of termination or suspension of telecommunication service by any telecommunication corporation or foreign telecommunication business entity.
(2) If Cybozu intends to suspend the Service under the items of the preceding paragraph, Cybozu shall give prior notice to the Customer; provided, however, that this clause shall not apply in an emergent or unavoidable case.
(3) In principle, Cybozu shall not accept any request of emergency suspension from the Customer or third party.
(4) The Customer shall acknowledge that Cybozu shall not be liable for any damage suffered by the Customer and/or third party as a result of suspension of the Service or failure to suspend the Service.
Temporary Suspension of Service. 10.1. ConveyancingSpace may suspend the lead generation service provided by it at any time, without prior notice and without liability, either for all users of the service or exclusively for the Service Provider:
a) Due to non-payment of monies owed to ConveyancingSpace under this Agreement;
b) To investigate suspected fraudulent activity by the Service Provider or other Users ofthe Service;
c) To undertake repairs, maintenance or upgrades to the Service; or
d) For any other reason, at its discretion.
10.2. ConveyancingSpace may be required at times to temporarily suspend access to the Provider ControlPanel while still transmitting Leads to the Service Provider. In such cases, this Agreement remains in effect and binding.
10.3. ConveyancingSpace may also at its discretion and without liability permanently terminate the Service at any time for all users of the Service or exclusively for the Service Provider.
Temporary Suspension of Service. 1. The Company may temporarily suspend Service to the Subscriber if any of the following apply. Furthermore, Subscriber obligations regarding payment of fees to the Company continue even during the temporary suspension of Service.

The member may be suspended by the Program from the term of service for the reasons above or if during the term the member requests a suspension based on compelling personal circumstances, as described above. During the suspension from service, the member will not receive living allowance payments, credit for service hours, or benefits. The member will be suspended for an agreed upon period time with plans for reinstatement. If member fails to check in with TMPF, or the reason for the suspension continues, member will be exited for cause or for personal compelling circumstance. The member may resume his or her term of service once the circumstances supporting the suspension have been resolved and within the agreed upon timeframe. Consequently, the member’s end date is extended for as long as the member was suspended. If the member does not resume the term within the agreed upon timeframe, the member may request that the Program exit the member and the member will be eligible for a partial education award based on the number of hours served in the term.
Temporary Suspension of Service. 1. The Company may temporarily suspend Service to the Subscriber if any of the following apply. Furthermore, Subscriber obligations regarding payment of fees to the Company continue even during the temporary suspension of Service.
(1) Payments are not remitted even after payment deadline has passed.
(2) The Subscriber is not meeting obligations set forth in Section 6.
(3) The Subscriber refuses to undergo examination by the Company even though said refusal is impeding the smooth provision of the Service. Likewise, the Subscriber refuses to take technical measures for improvement deemed necessary for the smooth provision of the Service.
(4) The Subscriber has no legal rights, or loses legal rights, and has not submitted an agreement with the signature or seal of a legal representative, etc.
(5) In addition to the preceding items, the Subscriber greatly impedes, or is feared will impede, the Company's execution of business or telecommunications equipment by acts violating the terms of this Agreement.
2. In the event of multiple contracts between the Company and the Subscriber, should any of the preceding items apply to the Subscriber, the Company may impose the aforementioned measures in regards to all of said contracts.
3. The Company may restore the provision of Service to the Subscriber in the event the Company determines the aforementioned items have been resolved by the Subscriber.
Temporary Suspension of Service. This period of suspension does not count toward a member’s ser- vice hours. Further, members who are suspended for minor disciplinary reasons may not receive a living allowance for the suspension period.
Temporary Suspension of Service. The Operator may, subject to giving reasonable notice to the Client, temporarily suspend the operation of the Service, or parts of it, to facilitate changes, maintenance or repairs to the Operator’s or its agents’ systems or processes, or as a consequence of the Operator appointing an agent to perform any of the Operator’s obligations or any agent ceasing to act for the Operator.

Where any suspension pursuant to this Clause 9.3 continues for more than 5 consecutive days or for more than 10 days in any twelve month Licence Period, then Canada Post will extend the respective Licence Period by the period of the suspension (provided that there are unused prepayments on the respective Credit which would expire if the Licence Period is not extended pursuant to this clause).
Temporary Suspension of Service. PCA (acting reasonably) may temporarily suspend the Service and/or making available any of the Software Materials for emergency or urgent operational reasons, but where reasonably practicable, it will give the Customer advance warning of such suspension.
Temporary Suspension of Service. Temporary suspension of Telecommunication Connectivity Services may be enacted by Authorized Users. If requested by OGS or an Authorized User, Contractor may suspend and reactivate Telecommunication Connectivity Services to an Authorized User. Contractor is encouraged to provide Temporary Suspension of Service as a service offering on the Contractor Pricelist. If Contractor offers Temporary Suspension of Service, then Contractor must, as applicable:
(1) provide an intercept message providing such notification to the general public;
(2) allow an Authorized User to use the same telephone number upon reactivation of temporarily suspended service;
(3) not physically terminate the Service installed at the Authorized User location; and
(4) activate the temporarily suspended Service within 24 to 48 hours notice by the Authorized User. After the Temporary Suspension of Services period, Authorized Users will be able to continue to use the same level of Telecommunication Connectivity Services that they utilized prior to the Temporary Suspension of Services. If Contractor charges Authorized User for Temporary Suspension of Services, then Contractor must not charge Authorized User additional reactivation charges for the Temporary Suspension of Services. The time period of the Temporary Suspension of Services may vary and will be determined with Authorized Users at the time that temporarily suspended Service is initiated.
