Term and Purpose. The principal business activity and purposes of the Company shall be the ownership and operation of ▇▇▇▇▇™ bread cafes and the marketing, licensing and sale of products and services using the ▇▇▇▇▇™ trade name, or any successor trade name. An additional business and purpose of the Company, which may not be operated for profit purposes, is the promotion of social and environmental change by supporting positive business practices, as determined by the Manager, including reducing inequality, lowering poverty levels, creating more sustainability for our environment, and building stronger communities. The business and purposes of the Company shall be limited to the foregoing principal business activities and any incidental business necessary or convenient to the conduct, promotion or attainment of the business purposes or activities of the Company. The term of the Company’s existence (the “Term”) commenced on the filing of the Articles and will continue until terminated in accordance with the provisions of this Agreement.

Term and Purpose. RTFC agrees to make advances to the Borrower pursuant to the terms of this Agreement ("Advances") in an amount not to exceed the Commitment or such lesser amount as may be approved by RTFC in accordance with the terms and conditions hereof. RTFC shall not be obligated to make any Advances hereunder after two years from the date hereof (the "Termination Date"). If intending to renew the lease hereunder upon the expiry of the term thereof, Party B shall notify Party A of such intention in writing at least 2 months prior to such expiry and, with the consent of Party A thereto, shall execute a new lease contract with respect to such renewal.

Term and Purpose of the Restated Stations Agreement

Term and Purpose. This Agreement shall remain in effect until it is terminated by a Party with thirty (30) days prior written notice to the other Parties. The terms and conditions of this Agreement shall survive any such termination with respect to Confidential Information that is disclosed prior to the effective date of termination. The Parties receiving Confidential Information (each, a “Recipient”) from the other Parties disclosing Confidential Information (each, a “Discloser”) will use the Confidential Information only for the purpose of and in connection with the Parties’ business relationship.

Term and Purpose. Client agrees to hire Strategic Dental Management as an independent contractor and Strategic Dental Management hereby accepts employment as an independent contractor for a 24 (twenty-four) month term. The Agreement will commence on Jan 15, 2010 and will remain in effect for a 24 (twenty-four) month term. The Agreement will automatically renew for an additional 24 (twenty-four) months unless either the Client, or Strategic Dental Management notifies the other in writing at least 60 days prior to the contract anniversary date of their decision to terminate the Agreement.
