TERM AND SCOPE OF AGREEMENT Clause Samples

The 'Term and Scope of Agreement' clause defines the duration for which the agreement is valid and outlines the specific activities, products, or services covered by the contract. It typically specifies the start and end dates of the agreement, as well as any conditions for renewal or extension, and clearly delineates what is included or excluded from the contractual relationship. This clause ensures both parties understand the timeframe and boundaries of their obligations, thereby preventing misunderstandings and disputes regarding the extent and period of their commitments.
