Termination Schedule. The Contractor provides a termination schedule that lists all the equipment termination points for all cabinets, panels, junction boxes and splitter boxes provided.
Termination Schedule. For the period commencing as of Effective Date and ending August 31, 2017, the right of the Company to purchase the Buyback Shares shall terminate: (i) as to 113,294 of the Buyback Shares, subject to adjustment to reflect stock splits, reverse stock splits or combinations, on each of (i) November 30, 2015, (ii) February 29, 2016, (iii) May 31, 2016, (iv) August 31, 2016 and (v) November 30, 2016; and (ii) as to 113,295 of the Buyback Shares, subject to adjustment to reflect stock splits, reverse stock splits or combinations, on each of (i) February 28, 2017, (ii) May 31, 2017 and (iii) August 31, 2017.

Termination Schedule. Unless within 21 days after serving a notice of default a satisfactory arrangement is made for continuance, this Agreement shall terminate and the individual Contractor shall be liable to the City for all costs.
Termination Schedule. In the event of a termination of this Agreement pursuant to the terms herein, Exodus and the Customer shall work together to mutually arrive at a date by which Customer shall no longer receive the Services and further, shall remove its equipment from the Exodus IDC. Any such additional support shall be deemed to be Services as defined in this Agreement.
Termination Schedule. The Customer shall draw up a progress schedule for the termination period, referred to as the “termination schedule”. The Customer may permit a new supplier to draw up such a schedule on behalf of the Customer. Without undue delay, the Supplier shall assist with: 1. the information and expertise required for the Customer to draw up such a schedule, 2. input on specific activities required on the part of the Supplier, 3. timeframes for activities and otherwise describe the necessary interactions between the Supplier and the Customer in connection with termination 4. Furthermore, the Supplier shall ensure that the Customer receives access to the necessary information from any of the Supplier’s subcontractors without undue delay.
Termination Schedule. A schedule developed for each financed ECM specifying the lump sum payment necessary, at any time during the contract period following the initial Government payment, for the complete repayment of the ECM Costs, including any finance costs accrued to that point.   • Vacation Schedule 1. Vacation periods shall be fixed by the Employer to suit the requirements of his business, but as far as possible and practicable, vacations will be given during the summer months, and for employees with school-age children, during the school vacations. Vacation periods shall be unbroken unless by mutual consent between Employer and employee, or where it is impractical. Grievances relating to this Section shall be subject to the Adjustment and Arbitration Procedure in this Agreement. 2. Time off, based upon service in the Industry Vacation Plan, may be granted to an employee by mutual agreement between the Employer and the employee. The Employer shall not be required to give time off based upon service under the Industry Vacation Plan. However, if such additional industry vacation time off is granted to an employee, such time off shall be counted as time worked for the purpose of computing the employee's earned vacation benefits on his next anniversary date of employment.

  • Compensation Schedule Except as otherwise provided herein, employees shall be compensated within the pay range assigned to the classification of the position in which they are employed and in accordance with the pertinent conditions of employment enumerated in this Agreement. Sec. 503 REGULAR PAY DAY: Employees shall be paid on or about the Friday following the end of the biweekly payroll period.
