TIME CREDITS WHILE TRAVELLING Clause Samples

The 'Time Credits While Travelling' clause defines how time spent traveling for work purposes is accounted for in terms of paid or credited hours. Typically, this clause specifies whether travel time to and from a work site, client location, or between job sites is considered compensable and how it is calculated—such as only crediting travel during normal working hours or setting a maximum number of hours that can be credited per day. Its core function is to ensure clarity and fairness in compensating employees for time spent traveling as part of their job duties, thereby preventing disputes over pay for travel-related activities.
