Accumulated Time. In circumstances where the Employee wishes to work additional hours in a pay period, such Employee may do so upon written approval from the Employer. It is agreed that the additional hours will not exceed 44 hours in a week, in accordance with the Employment Standards Act of Ontario. These hours would be considered as Accumulated time owing and would be used as mutually agreed to with the Employer within a six-month time frame. Time not used within said time frame will be assigned as time off by the Employer. Accumulated time may not exceed 14 hours at any given time.
Accumulated Time. (June, 1995) Any sick leave time used will be deducted from the accumulated time. At the beginning of the year following any deductions for illness, a number of days not to exceed the appropriate number of days as per section 3D.8 will be added to the accumulated days.
Accumulated Time. Accumulated time off may be granted to members by immediate supervisors. If part shifts are granted, supervisors shall make the decision as to whether or not the supervisor grants time off at the time the member wishes to leave during any particular shift.

These hours would be considered as Accumulated time owing and would be used within a six month time frame. Accumulated time may not exceed 75 hours. It is agreed and understood that Accumulated Time may not be the subject of the grievance or arbitration procedure.
Accumulated Time. Holiday, personal and vacation time may be banked up to a limit of four (4) years accumulation. Upon separation from service for any reason, members shall be entitled to compensation at their current rate of pay (per Article 17 Section 17.1) for all accrued but unused holiday and vacation leave to their credit at the time of separation with a maximum of four (4) years of vacation and three (3) years of accumulation of unused holiday time.
Accumulated Time. During the periods of leaves of absence, sick leave at half pay, or otherwise off the payroll, the employee will not earn or accumulate sick leave or vacation credit. Employees must have been in an “on payroll” status for a minimum period of six (6) months plus one (1) day during a calendar year in order to receive a salary increment in the following calendar year.
Accumulated Time. Holiday time may be banked up to a limit of three (3) years accumulation. Vacation may be accumulated UNLIMITED. Should a Bargaining Unit Member hired as a police officer after January 1, 2010, voluntarily accept a promotion covered by the FOP/Gold CBA, only the maximum vacation hours permitted in the then applicable FOP/Gold CBA may be transferred. Those vacation hours above the FOP/Gold CBA sealing will be forfeited. Upon separation from service for any reason, members shall be entitled to compensation at their current rate of pay (per Article 17 Section 17.1) for all accrued but unused holiday and vacation leave to their credit at the time of separation. However, if a member retires with 25 years of service with the City of ▇▇▇▇▇▇ and is 48 years of age or older, that member will receive 4 (four) times the annual accumulated total. A member who retires without 25 years at age 48 will receive 3 (three) times the annual accumulated rate. When a member dies while in paid status in the City Service, any unused holiday and vacation leave to the member's credit shall be paid in a lump sum to the surviving spouse or the estate of the deceased.
Accumulated Time. A member, who works:  court time,  overtime,  standby,  statutory holidays,  days in lieu of statutory holidays falling on off days,  statutory holidays falling during periods of annual vacation, and  any other compensable time that the Edmonton Police Service has authorized, such as but not limited to the EPS Pipe Band, Guard of Honour and EPS Chorus, shall be paid at the appropriate rate of pay for such time, except that a member may elect that such hours be accumulated in accordance with the following:
Accumulated Time. Ten (10) days sick leave per year, cumulative to 205 days, will be provided for each ten (10)-month staff member; eleven (11) days per year cumulative to 290 days for eleven (11)-month staff members; and twelve (12) days per year cumulative to 290 days for twelve (12)-month staff members. Members can claim a maximum of 40 sick days that they transferred to the Sick Bank and add them to their respective accumulation of sick days for retirement purposes.
Accumulated Time. 33.01 Accumulated time means leave with pay in lieu of cash payment for work done in excess of the regularly scheduled hours of work. 33.02 Accumulated time may be accumulated to a maximum of forty (40) hours. It is agreed that the maximum may be increased to permit the scheduling of accumulated time in accordance with Article 33.03. 33.03 On request of the Employee, the Employer shall grant accumulated time at times mutually agreed to by the Employee and the Employer. Every reasonable effort shall be made to grant the Employee's request.
