TRAVELING TIME Sample Clauses

The "Traveling Time" clause defines how time spent traveling for work purposes is treated under an agreement. Typically, it specifies whether and how employees are compensated for the hours they spend traveling to and from job sites, client locations, or other work-related destinations. For example, it may clarify if travel during normal working hours is paid at the regular rate, or if travel outside of those hours is compensated differently. This clause ensures clarity and fairness regarding compensation for travel, preventing disputes over pay for time spent in transit on behalf of the employer.
