Time Entry. Consultant shall cause all Consultant personnel performing Services hereunder on a time and materials basis to enter the time they spend performing such Services into a USCC-provided time entry system, set forth in the applicable Statement of Work, or via any other USCC-defined method set forth in the applicable Statement of Work, on a weekly basis. Notwithstanding anything to the contrary herein, USCC shall not be required to pay any hourly fees associated with Services to the extent that the time spent performing such Services has not been entered into such time entry system within 30 days after the performance thereof.
Time Entry. The Employer shall provide a computer time-keeping system to enable employees to record their own time for payroll purposes. Employees shall log in their own time at the time they start and finish work. Paid work time shall include any sign-on time. Sign-on time shall include logging into the system and loading all necessary tools. Employees will be prepared to receive customer calls within the first five (5) minutes of shift start time. The Employer will not penalize employees working on the Government of Manitoba account for quality issues during the first seven (7) minutes of shift start time. Any significant system delays shall be reported to the Supervisor immediately. The employees shall be entitled to review their own time records upon request, provided such requests are not made more often than monthly and the Employer will, upon request, print such record.

  • Re-entry In the event of any Default by Tenant, Landlord shall also have the right, with or without terminating this Lease, in compliance with applicable law, to re-enter the Premises and remove all persons and property from the Premises; such property may be removed and stored in a public warehouse or elsewhere at the cost of and for the account of Tenant.

  • Room Entry The Manager subscribes to the principle that Residents are entitled to enjoy a reasonable right to privacy in residence Rooms. However, the Resident acknowledges that the Manager is entitled, without notice and without the Resident being present, to have authorized staff, the Institution’s security services, emergency services, or the police enter the Room at reasonable times under the following conditions: (a) to provide repair and maintenance services as detailed in section 4.05 of this Agreement; (b) to provide housekeeping services as detailed in section 4.06 of this Agreement; (c) to ensure the safety and security of the Resident and/or when there is reasonable cause to believe an emergency situation has arisen; (d) during the Winter Break to provide routine maintenance; (e) when there is reasonable cause to believe that terms of this Agreement and/or the Residence Community Living Standards detailed in section 7.01 and/or the law is being violated. Authorized staff are supplied with a uniform and identification that is visible at all times.

  • Entry Landlord shall have the right to enter upon the Leased Premises at reasonable hours to inspect the same, provided Landlord shall not thereby unreasonably interfere with Tenant's business on the Leased Premises.

  • Early Entry Subject to the provisions of Paragraph 47, ("Tenant Interior ----------- Improvements") Tenant and its agents and contractors shall be permitted to enter the Premises prior to the Commencement Date for the purpose of installing at Tenant's sole cost and expense, Tenant's trade fixtures and equipment, telephone equipment, security systems and cabling for computers. Such entry shall be subject to all of the terms and conditions of this Lease, except that Tenant shall not be required to pay any Rent on account thereof. In the event Tenant's work in said Premises delays the completion of the interior improvements to be provided by Landlord, if any, or in the event Tenant has not completed construction of it's interior improvements by the scheduled Commencement Date, it is agreed between the parties that this Lease will commence on the scheduled Commencement Date of January 1, 1996 regardless of the construction status of said interior improvements completed or to be completed by Tenant or Landlord. Landlord and Tenant acknowledge that the date on which Tenant's obligation to pay Rent under the Lease would otherwise commence may be delayed because of a delay in completion of construction of the Tenant Improvements due to (i) any act by Tenant which interferes with or delays construction of the Tenant Improvements, including Tenant's entry to install trade fixtures pursuant to Paragraph 44 hereof, (ii) any changes, modifications and/or additions in the Tenant Improvements requested by Tenant and approved by Landlord, or (iii) special materials or equipment ordered or specified by Tenant that cannot be obtained by Landlord at normal cost within a reasonable period of time because of limited availability. It is the intent of the parties hereto that the commencement of Tenant's obligation to pay Rent under the Lease not be delayed by any of such causes or by any other act of Tenant (except as expressly provided herein) and, in the event it is so delayed, Tenant's obligation to pay Rent under the Lease shall commence as of the date it would otherwise have commenced absent delay caused by Tenant.

  • Inspection; Acceptance If defective or incorrect material is delivered, Region 4 ESC may make the determination to return the material to the Contractor at no cost to Region 4 ESC. The Contractor agrees to pay all shipping costs for the return shipment. Contractor shall be responsible for arranging the return of the defective or incorrect material.
