TOOL KIT. The Company accepts the responsibility of providing major tools and equipment in order that the work force may carry out their duties. It is agreed by the parties, care is to be exercised to ensure the security of all tools and equipment on sites and in vehicles to protect against theft and damage. An employee’s hourly rate includes a tool allowance. The Parties agree that the following list of tools is a minimum requirement for Tradespersons receiving a tool allowance:
TOOL KIT. Before the commencement of the Designated CBO(s)’ training activities, Employer shall prepare and supply to the Designated CBO(s) a “tool kit” describing the hiring process and benefits available to employees. The “tool kit” shall also include a clear, accurate description of each type of Available Entry Level or New Hire Position, including expectations, experience and/or educational requirements, and any special requirements (for example, language skills and/or possession of a valid California driver’s license).
TOOL KIT. 19.01 The Employer agrees to provide all tools necessary to perform the work required by the bargaining unit employees for new employees. Upon completion of the probationary period, employees will be required to purchase their own tools. The Company agrees to replace employees' tools at its cost all tools damaged which are not subject to warranty protection, or all tools which are proven to the satisfaction of the Company to have been lost or stolen from the employee.
TOOL KIT. The Employer will provide job or task specific tools and equipment, and the Employee will use and maintain these tools and equipment as instructed. Hand tools and equipment required for general trade and trade assistant work will be provided by the Employee. The wage rates in Schedule ‘B’ are inclusive of compensation for a general tool allowance. The Employer holds no responsibility for the provision, maintenance, security, or replacement of Employee tools and equipment.
TOOL KIT. Employees will be expected to maintain, and secure at all times, an appropriate kit of tools to perform the basic requirements of their role. Remuneration for this purpose is included in the hourly (all purpose) rate. Appendix A outlines the requirements for an appropriate toolkit.

TOOL KIT. The Company accepts the responsibility of providing all tools and equipment in order that the work force may carry out their duties. It is agreed by the parties, reasonable care is to be exercised to ensure the security of all tools and equipment on sites and in vehicles to protect against theft and damage. The Company supplies and provides all the necessary tools and equipment for the tradesperson to carry out their duties in a safe and satisfactory manner. Schedule D outlines the main contents of tools supplied. Company supplied tools either worn/broken or stolen shall be replaced as follows;

TOOL KIT. The parties agree that a necessary precondition or a productive and efficient workforce is to ensure that employees maintain and provide an adequate kit of tools. A minimum requirement for the basic kit of tools is prescribed in Schedule D attached to this Agreement. The Company reserves the right to add to or modify this kit of tools depending upon the type of work to be performed or site requirements. The Wages prescribed in Schedule B of this Agreement are inclusive of a tool allowance and hence employees are expected to maintain the kit of tools themselves.
TOOL KIT. 2.10.1. Tools (other than normal tradesman's hand tools) shall be supplied by the Company to maintenance employees. The Company shall be responsible for replacing broken tools only. Employees are required to replace any lost tools. Employees must return the tools in good order and repair immediately upon the termination of their employment.
