TOTAL PERFORMANCE Clause Samples

The 'Total Performance' clause defines the overall obligations and standards that a party must meet under a contract. It typically requires that all aspects of the agreed work or service are completed in full compliance with the contract's specifications, timelines, and quality requirements. For example, in a construction contract, this clause would obligate the contractor to deliver the finished project as described in the plans and specifications, not just individual components. The core function of this clause is to ensure that the contracting party delivers the complete and intended result, thereby protecting the other party from partial or substandard performance.
