TRAINING AND IMPLEMENTATION. 8. MDOC will draft and promulgate an official memorandum informing facilities of the changes to Policy Directive 05.03.150 and Operating Procedure 05.03.150A. The memorandum will be sent to all Wardens, Deputy ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇, Chaplains, Corrections Officers (including any rank of security staff), and all food service staff at all facilities in conjunction with the implementation of Policy Directive 05.03.150 and Operating Procedure 05.03.
TRAINING AND IMPLEMENTATION. Customer agrees to provide the time, resources, and personnel to implement iWorQ's service(s) and application(s). iWorQ will assign a senior account manager and an account management team to implement service(s) and application(s). Typical implementation will take less than 60 days. iWorQ account managers will call twice per week, provide remote training once per week, and send weekly summary emails to the customer implementation team. iWorQ can provide project management and implementation documents upon request. iWorQ will do ONE import of the Customer's data. This import consists of importing data, sent by the Customer, in an electronic relational database format. Customer must have clear ownership of all forms, letters, inspections, checklists, and data sent to iWorQ. Data upload and storage is provided to every Customer. This includes uploading files up to 3MB and 10 GB of managed data storage on AWS GovCloud. Additional upload file sizes and managed data storage sizes can be provided based on the application(s) and service(s) listed in Appendix A.
TRAINING AND IMPLEMENTATION. Contractor is required at no extra charge to assist OGS and Authorized Users with training and implementation in use of the Contract. Training shall be limited to that information necessary for Authorized Users to properly understand contract terms and conditions, and pricing of products, etc. Any informational materials developed will be subject to approval by OGS. Contractor and OGS will jointly implement use of materials.

TRAINING AND IMPLEMENTATION. Licensor will provide remote technical assistance and consultation to Licensee with respect to use of the Licensed Work at a rate of the lesser of $800 per day or $150 per hour (billed in increments of 15 minutes).

v) The Community agrees to participate in bi-annual site visits conducted by TPREF or Community Pharmacy Enhanced Services Network of Tennessee (CPESN TN).
