Implementation Fees. If products and/or services are not part of Customer’s initial purchase, the prices listed below will remain valid for ***** following the Target Date. Implementation Fees. The Implementation Fees in Exhibit A, Section 8.2, are amended to include the following: APIS Quick Query “AQQ” ***** * Implementation Fee excludes travel expenses but does include the development fee. If NAVITAIRE Project Management assistance is required for further upgrades to New Skies, it will be requested via the NAVITAIRE standard Work Order process and is billable to Customer on a time and materials basis.

Implementation Fees. In consideration of the commitment being made by the Investor hereunder, the Company shall, upon the execution of this Agreement, issue to the Investor: (i) an Original Issue Discount Secured Promissory Note in the aggregate principal amount of $97,500.00 in the form of Exhibit C attached hereto.
