Subcontractor agrees that none of the funds provided under the following grants may be used to pay the salary of an individual at a rate in excess of Level II of the Executive Schedule: Block Grants for Community Mental Health Services, Substance Abuse Prevention and Treatment Block Grant, Projects for Assistance in Transition from Homelessness, Project Launch, Florida Youth Transition to Adulthood; and Florida Children’s Mental Health System of Care Expansion Implementation Project.
