Transportation performance data a. The New York State Department of Transportation (NYSDOT) will collect and provide CDTC and CDTA with data used in developing statewide targets at the time the selection of the respective targets is coordinated with CDTC and CDTA. b. CDTA will collect and provide CDTC with the data used in developing its targets for all applicable measures. c. If CDTC chooses to set its own target for any measure, it will collect and provide NYSDOT or CDTA with any supplemental data used in association with the MPO target setting process, if applicable.

The Iowa DOT will provide MPOs with the statewide performance data used in developing statewide targets, and, when applicable, will also provide MPOs with subsets of the statewide data, based on their planning area boundaries. b. If MPOs choose to develop their own target for any measure, they will provide the Iowa DOT with any supplemental data they utilize in the target-setting process.

If the OCTC chooses to set its own target for any measure, it will collect and provide NYSDOT or the public transportation provider(s) with any supplemental data used in association with the MPO target setting process, if applicable.

NCDOT will collect and provide (or otherwise make available) to the Winston-Salem Urban Area MPO and the providers of public transportation, with data used in developing statewide targets for all applicable measures. b. If the MPO chooses to develop its own target for any measure, Winston-Salem Urban Area MPO will collect and provide NCDOT with any supplemental data used in association with the MPO target setting process, if applicable.

  • CONTRACTOR PERFORMANCE AUDIT The Contractor shall allow the Authorized User to assess Contractor’s performance by providing any materials requested in the Authorized User Agreement (e.g., page load times, response times, uptime, and fail over time). The Authorized User may perform this Contractor performance audit with a third party at its discretion, at the Authorized User’s expense. The Contractor shall perform an independent audit of its Data Centers, at least annually, at Contractor expense. The Contractor will provide a data owner facing audit report upon request by the Authorized User. The Contractor shall identify any confidential, trade secret, or proprietary information in accordance with Appendix B, Section 9(a), Confidential/Trade Secret Materials.

  • Quarterly Contractor Performance Reporting Customers shall complete a Contractor Performance Survey (Exhibit I) for each Contractor on a Quarterly basis. Customers will electronically submit the completed Contractor Performance Survey(s) to the Department Contract Manager no later than the due date indicated in Contract Exhibit D, Section 17, Additional Special Contract Conditions. The completed Contractor Performance Survey(s) will be used by the Department as a performance-reporting tool to measure the performance of Contractors. The Department reserves the right to modify the Contractor Performance Survey document and introduce additional performance-reporting tools as they are developed, including online tools (e.g. tools within MyFloridaMarketPlace or on the Department's website).

  • Historical Performance Information To the extent agreed upon by the parties, the Sub-Advisor will provide the Trust with historical performance information on similarly managed investment companies or for other accounts to be included in the Prospectus or for any other uses permitted by applicable law.

  • OUTCOME IF GRANTEE CANNOT COMPLETE REQUIRED PERFORMANCE Unless otherwise specified in this Statement of Work, if Grantee cannot complete or otherwise comply with a requirement included in this Statement of Work, HHSC, at its sole discretion, may impose remedies or sanctions outlined under Contract Attachment D, Local Mental Health Authority Special Conditions, Section 7.09 (Remedies and Sanctions).   • PERFORMANCE MANAGEMENT SYSTEM 5.1 The Employee agrees to participate in the performance management system that the Employer adopted for the employees of the Employer; 5.2 The Employee accepts that the purpose of the performance management system will be to provide a comprehensive system with specific performance standards to assist the employees and service providers to perform to the standards required; 5.3 The Employer must consult the Employee about the specific performance standards and targets that will be included in the performance management system applicable to the Employee; 5.4 The Employee undertakes to actively focus on the promotion and implementation of the key performance indicators (including special projects relevant to the employee’s responsibilities) within the local government framework; 5.5 The criteria upon which the performance of the Employee shall be assessed shall consist of two components, Operational Performance and Competencies both of which shall be contained in the Performance Agreement; 5.6 The Employee’s assessment will be based on his performance in terms of the outputs/outcomes (performance indicators) identified as per attached Performance Plan, which are linked to the KPAs, and will constitute 80% of the overall assessment result as per the weightings agreed to between the Employer and Employee; 5.7 The Competencies will make up the other 20% of the Employee’s assessment score.
