Type of Membership. Select ONE of three available types of Membership below (that is, Corporate, Associate or Adjunct). Members who are Affiliates (as defined in the ERCOT Bylaws) may hold only one Corporate Membership among such Members. Other applicants applying for additional ERCOT Memberships, such as an Associate Membership, must use a separate Agreement for each Membership. The applicable Annual Member Dues listed below for each Membership type provide Corporate Members with rights pursuant to the ERCOT Bylaws and entitle Members to services ERCOT provides such as hosting ERCOT meetings, providing Members with necessary information and such other Member services as ERCOT may from time-to-time offer.
Type of Membership. CRV has four categories of members:
Type of Membership. The Club hereby confirms that it has granted to Member a “Plantation Membership” with the ability to upgrade to a “Golf Membership” for additional golf privileges, if selected, paid for by Member and approved by The Club, as each such membership type is specified on Exhibit A attached to this Membership Agreement. Both memberships constitute a non-exclusive license to use The Club Amenities in accordance with the privileges of such type of membership as set forth in the recorded Covenant, the Club By-Laws, the Club Rules, and the other policies that The Club adopts, as each may be amended and supplemented from time to time (collectively, “The Club Governing Documents”). Kukui‘ula Development Company (Hawaii), LLC (“KDCH”), is the Declarant under the Covenant. Neither the Membership nor a Golf Membership in The Club is an investment in The Club Amenities and neither provides Member with an equity, ownership, or property interest, or any other interest, in The Club Amenities.

Corporate. Voting. $2,000 per Membership Year (except Residential and Commercial Consumer Members’ Annual Member Dues are $100 per Membership Year). Corporate Membership includes the right to vote on matters submitted to the general Membership, such as election of Board Directors, election of Technical Advisory Committee (TAC) Representatives and TAC subcommittees, and amendments to the Certificate of Formation (formerly known as the Articles of Incorporation) and the ERCOT Bylaws. Residential Consumer Members do not elect a Director to represent the Residential Consumer interests as the Public Counsel is mandated to represent these interests as an ex officio Director on the Board. The Office of Public Utility Counsel (OPUC) and the appointed Residential Consumer TAC Representative shall be eligible to be Corporate Members without the payment of Annual Member Dues.

Please note that any Member may request that the Member’s Annual Member Service Fees be waived for good cause shown. Corporate. - 3.3.1 Full – this entitles you to use all facilities during our opening hours. This membership may be available as individual, linked or corporate.
- 3.3.2 Fitness - this entitles you to use the gym and selected classes during our opening hours. This membership may be available as individual or linked.
Type of Membership. If a single Club membership was purchased, it grants a right to use and enjoy only the Home Club. The Home Club must be the Club located closest to your residence and/or the Club expected to be visited most frequently by all Members on this Membership. Any reference in this Agreement to a singular Club shall also refer to any other Clubs used by any Member. If a multi-Club membership was purchased, it grants a right to use and enjoy the Home Club and the other Club(s) on the Membership. Certain multi-Club memberships may also include additional benefits and/or discounts, such as a certain number of free guest passes and/or price discounts on various services. VillaSport reserves the right to modify or cancel multi-Club memberships, plus any accompanying benefits and/or discounts, at any time. For example, VillaSport may elect to remove one or more Clubs from a multi-Club membership, and/or elect to remove or reduce free guest passes and/or price discounts on services. You further acknowledge and agree that (i) VillaSport reserves the right to charge extra fees, dues and/or enrollment fees for your use of any club not included in your Membership; (ii) nothing in this Agreement shall be construed as a guarantee of access to a certain number of clubs or to specific clubs, or to specific amenities or services at a club; (iii) VillaSport’s designation of multi-Club memberships may be based upon a variety of factors, including costs and expenses, services, equipment, location, club size, club age, renovations, amenities, trends and the market; (iv) VillaSport may exclude certain clubs from certain multi-Club memberships even if those clubs may appear comparable to the Clubs available in your Membership; and (vi) no two VillaSport clubs are alike and to understand the size, amenities, services and features of a particular club, you will need to visit that club. Corporate Memberships. You must be a current employee of a participating company/organization and eligible under that company’s/organization’s guidelines to enroll under a corporate membership program. By enrolling under a corporate membership program, you grant VillaSport the right to verify your eligibility under those guidelines, including the right to verify your employment, as necessary. Any discounts or benefits received under the corporate membership program may cease if you are no longer employed by the participating company/organization.
Type of Membership. Your membership type is: ___________________ Executive _____________________ Racquet _____________________ Health Executive members are entitled to use and enjoy the facilities and perquisites of the Club as announced from time to time by the Club. Racquet members are entitled to use and enjoy the facilities of the Club except the Executive perquisites. Health members are entitled to use and enjoy the facilities of the Club except the Executive perquisites and the racquet facilities.
Type of Membership. 3.1 We offer various types of membership at our club. The times when you can use the club and the amount you pay will depend on the type of membership you have chosen. The membership type you have selected will be shown on your membership application form.
3.2 We offer the following the types of membership at our club:
3.2.1 one month, six month and twelve month individual memberships; all of which entitle you to use all of our facilities during opening hours;
3.2.2 children as add on memberships with any adult member;
3.2.3 youth memberships for 16 – 18 year olds (subject to adequate proof of identity;
3.2.4 student memberships for over 18’s (subject to adequate proof of identity). You are eligible for this if you are still in full time education. We are not responsible for and will not refund any payments if you later change to a discounted rate that you were previously entitled to; and
3.2.5 corporate discounted memberships (subject to adequate proof of identity) provided that the company you work for/with has an agreement with us for corporate memberships and you are eligible. It is your responsibility to inform us if you work for a company that is eligible for a discount at the club and also if you no longer work for that company. We are not responsible and will not refund any payments to you if you later change to a discounted rate that you were previously eligible for. If at any time you are no longer eligible for a discounted membership, for example because you no longer work for that company you must inform us and we will upgrade you to a standard monthly membership rate and will give you not less than one month’s prior written notice before doing so.
