TYPES OF DOCUMENTS Sample Clauses

The "Types of Documents" clause defines and categorizes the various documents that are relevant or applicable within the context of an agreement or transaction. It typically outlines which documents are considered part of the contract, such as schedules, exhibits, appendices, or referenced materials, and may specify their legal status or hierarchy. By clearly identifying and classifying these documents, the clause ensures that all parties understand which materials are binding and how they interact, thereby reducing confusion and potential disputes over what constitutes the complete agreement.
