Purpose and Function. (i) The Debtor’s Representatives and the Claimants’ Advisory Committee shall attend and participate in the meetings of the Finance Committee as specified at Section 4.08(g). (ii) The Debtor’s Representatives and the Claimants’ Advisory Committee shall be authorized to participate in proceedings in the MDL 926 Court and/or meetings with the MDL 926 Claims Administrator related to the functions, procedures and operations of the MDL 926 Claims Office and the Revised Settlement Program. The Tort Claimants’ Committee or the Claimants’ Advisory Committee (as appropriate) and Dow Corning or the Reorganized Dow Corning shall seek any necessary orders permitting the Debtor’s Representatives and the Claimants’ Advisory Committee to participate in such MDL proceedings. (iii) The Debtor’s Representatives and the Claimants’ Advisory Committee shall be authorized to advise and assist the Settlement Facility, Claims Administrator, Finance Committee, Litigation Facility, Financial Advisor, and Independent Assessor regarding all matters of mutual concern and as further specified herein or in the Litigation Facility Agreement or in any other Plan Documents. (iv) The Debtor’s Representatives and the Claimants’ Advisory Committee shall be provided with copies of all reports, projections, motions, pleadings, or other similar documents concerning the activities of the Settlement Facility. (v) The Claimants’ Advisory Committee and/or the Debtor’s Representatives may file a motion or take any other appropriate actions to enforce or be heard in respect of the obligations in the Plan and in any Plan Document.
Purpose and Function. The purpose of the agreement is to provide for the cooperative and coordinated investigations of law enforcement-involved fatalities or serious injury incidents, major crimes, or other serious incidentsspecial requests within ▇▇▇▇▇ and Skamania Counties, as is authorized by RCW 39.34 and RCW 10.93. Each Department should establish their own guideline as to when and if they will request assistance from RMCT. The involved agency may investigate the matter by itself or may seek aid from other agencies.

Decisions by the committee shall be made by consensus and not by voting. If mutual decisions cannot be found, the issue may revert to more traditional approaches, e.g. grievance, bargaining, etc.
Purpose and Function. 2.1. The purpose of this Agreement is to provide for the creation and administration of a single, functionally consolidated Southwest Washington Regional S.W.A.T. Team (“SWWR SWAT”), including SWAT K9, Tactical Emergency Medical Support Team (“TEMS”), and Crisis Negotiating Team (“CNT”), as is authorized by RCW 39.34 and RCW 10.93, and in conjunction with the Master Agreement between the parties.
Purpose and Function. 2.1 The purpose of the WIB shall be to perform all the responsibilities of a local workforce investment board under WIOA and WIOA regulations and those additional duties identified in the Agreement. 2.2 The Ramsey County Manager has the authority, under the Ramsey County Charter, to recruit, hire, and terminate the Department Director, who shall also serve as the WIB Executive Director. 2.3 The WIB shall approve an annual budget to carry out its duties. Expenditure reports shall be reviewed by the Executive Committee and approved by the WIB using the following guidelines: a. Expenditures of payroll, salary and benefits are approved when staff are hired and do not require further approvals. b. Expenditures under $1,000 may be made by the Executive Director without prior approval. c. Expenditures between $1,000-$2,000 shall be approved by an officer of the WIB but do not require prior approval. d. Expenditures over $2,000 shall be submitted in a funding request to be reviewed by the Executive Committee and shall be approved by the WIB. e. The Executive Director has authority to move up to $5,000 within budget line items as a budget adjustment. Budget adjustments over $5,000 shall be approved by the WIB. f. Funds can be added or removed from the budget as a budget amendment. Amendments to the budget under $5,000 shall receive prior approval by the WIB Chair. Budget amendments exceeding $5,000 shall receive prior approval by the WIB. g. For contracted services, the WIB shall follow the County’s competitive procurement process.
Purpose and Function. (1) The Committee would address changes initiated by the District or by the WITA which affect the terms and conditions of employment of teachers in West Irondequoit and would otherwise be prohibited by the provisions of the existing agreement between the parties, e.g., changes in the teacher work day which might be different from the day spelled out in the contract. (2) The Committee would be in addition to and would not replace existing vehicles for discussion and cooperation currently in existence, e.g., District Curriculum Council. (3) The Committee is not designed or developed to, in any way, affect or prohibit the District and the Board of Education from instituting any curriculum changes, additions, or other rights specifically delegated to the District by Education Law, regulations and other decisions having the force and effect of law or not specifically prohibited by the contract. (4) The agenda of changes to be considered by the committee will be agreed to by the Superintendent of Schools and the President of the Teachers’ Association in September and June of each school year. Additions to the list may be made by both parties upon mutual agreement at any time before or after these dates. (5) Any plan developed by the Partnership for Change is experimental in nature itself and shall exist collaterally for the term of the agreement and shall expire unless extended by the parties.
Purpose and Function. The Authorized Entity Group shall be established to provide program oversight and general guidance to the Program Manager regarding the implementation of the Plan. The Authorized Entity Group will consist of the Director of DWR, the Regional Director for Reclamation, a representative of the SWP contractors and a representative of the CVP contractors. The Authorized Entity Group will be responsible for ensuring that the management and implementation of the BDCP are carried out consistent with its provisions, this Agreement, and the associated regulatory authorizations. The Authorized Entity Group will provide oversight and direction to the Program Manager on matters concerning the implementation of the BDCP, provide input and guidance on general policy and program-related matters, monitor and assess the effectiveness of the Implementation Office in implementing the Plan, and ▇▇▇▇▇▇ and maintain collaborative and constructive relationships with the Fish and Wildlife Agencies, other public agencies, stakeholders and other interested parties, and local government throughout the implementation of the BDCP. The Authorized Entity Group will engage in a number of specific matters including, but not limited to, the following:  Provide oversight of the administration and funding of implementation activities.  Provide oversight regarding the implementation of non-water related Conservation Measures by the Implementation Office.  Approve, jointly with the Permit Oversight Group, changes to Conservation Measures or biological objectives proposed by the Adaptive Management Team.  Decide, jointly with the Permit Oversight Group, all other adaptive management and monitoring program matters for which concurrence has not been reached by the Adaptive Management Team.  Approve, jointly with the Permit Oversight Group, the Annual Monitoring and Research Plan.  Select the Program Manager and provide input into the selection of the Science Manager.  Review and approve the Annual Work Plan and Budget.  Review and approve Annual Progress Reports, including Annual Delta Water Operations Reports, and other compliance-related documents.  Review and approve submission of Plan amendments to the Permit Oversight Group.
Purpose and Function. The purpose of the Labor-Management Committee shall be to ▇▇▇▇▇▇ improved communication between the Employer and the staff and to improve working conditions, efficiency, patient care and employee satisfaction. The Committee may address staffing issues and department productivity. The function of the Committee shall be limited to an advisory rather than a decision-making capacity. The Committee will recommend solutions to identified problems.
Purpose and Function. The purpose and function of the Area Joint Working Group is to ensure that joint working at a local level is effective and efficient to improve outcomes for children and families. It also acts as an early warning system where senior managers in partner services are alerted to issues at the earliest possible opportunity. The Area Joint Working Group ensures that actions taken are in line with national policy. Objectives:  Identify most important priorities and ensure that HSE Divisions and the Child and Family Agency Areas coordinate their efforts and develop shared responses  Identify what each Division/ Child and Family Area is doing in their area with associated gaps and blockages and agree solutions  Ensure individual complex cases unresolved by local joint working are managed appropriately i.e. referred back to local practitioners with recommendations for further resolution or addressed by the Area Joint Working Group in regard to specific issue, -e.g. decision on funding / resources or approach to Court  Ensure joint issues such as aftercare will be routed through this process  To identify gaps in service provision with a view to informing strategic planning in both organisations
Purpose and Function. The overarching role of the CHO Joint Working Group is to provide a mechanism to address capacity issues (resources human or financial); for dispute resolution; to ensure an early warning system is in place; and to ensure actions taken are in line with national policy.
