TYPES OF PAYMENT. 5.1 There will be four pay bandings, Levels 1 – 4. Each of the four pay bandings will reflect a level of assurance that the customer can achieve (the table below clearly identifies the pay banding and appropriate level of assurance). A payment for registration of an identity is triggered by the first successful authentication to the Authority’s service: 1 0.6 – 1 5% 2 1.3 15% 3 1.6 50%
TYPES OF PAYMENT. 7.1 All sums due from the Client to the Accredited Checker in accordance with the terms of this Agreement shall be paid within forty-two (42) days of the submission by the Accredited Checker of his accounts to the Client and any sums unpaid at the expiry of such period of forty-two (42) days shall bear interest thereafter such interest to accrue from day to day at the rate of two (2) percent per annum above the current prime rate. 7.2 Notwithstanding that any item or part of an item of an account rendered by the Accredited Checker is disputed or subject to question by the Client, the Client shall give prompt notice with reasons for disputing the payment by the Client meantime the remainder of that account shall not be withheld nor delayed on those grounds and the provisions of Sub clause 7.1 of this Clause shall apply to such remainder and also to part of the disputed or questioned item to the extent that the Client agrees to pay but subject to adjustments after settlement of the disputed or questioned item. 7.3 All professional fees due under this Agreement are exclusive of the Government Service Tax or Goods & Service Tax where the amount shall be paid by the Client to the Accredited Checker at the rate and in the manner as prescribed by law.

TYPES OF PAYMENT. ‌ 2.1 The pricing methodology set out in this Schedule 4 governs the prices and rates payable in respect of the Services provided by the Provider pursuant to this Contract. 2.2 There are two payment types within the pricing methodology and are, respectively, payment for the achievement of growth measures and the development, implementation and roll-out of outputs. 2.3 The growth measures comprise three elements, namely:  New Membership growth – this applies to those new members that the bidder is able to attract after the commencement of the contract and satisfies the definition of active, adult members. Payments will be made retrospectively provided that contractors submit sufficient evidence that meets the agreed milestones;  Deposit value growth – this measure will reward contractors for increases in the size of the deposits held and will only apply to deposits from individual members and not from the corporate sector. Contractors will submit evidence that supports the level of deposits held from the point of the baseline agreed at the contract award point. Payments will be made retrospectively provided that contractors submit sufficient evidence that meets the agreed milestones; and  Loanbook value growth - this measure will reward contractors for increases in the size of the loanbook held and will only apply to loans to individual members and not to the corporate sector. Contractors will submit evidence that supports the level of the loanbook from the point of the baseline agreed at the contract award point. Payments will be made retrospectively provided that contractors submit sufficient evidence that meets the agreed milestones.  For all growth measures contractors must provide baseline information as at the point of contract award for all Credit unions. Payments for growth will be triggered by the achievement of milestone levels above the baseline 2.4 The output product measures are to reimburse contractors for their set-up costs and are linked to delivery of the following items:  Automated (loan) decision making tool;  A banking platform to support linked banking products;  Banking products – Basic Account, Current Account, Budget Account, Deposit Account, Loan Account; and  A Marketing campaign. 2.5.1 All output payments made will be retrospective and staged to contractors based on achievement of mil...

  • RATES OF PAYMENT B3.1 Current Contract Rates. Included Timber that is removed by Purchaser and presented for Scaling in the product form stated in A2 shall be paid for at Current Contract Rates determined under this Section. “Current Contract Rates” shall be (a) Flat Rates and (b) Tentative Rates adjusted by the escalation procedures in B3.

  • Terms of Payment 16.1 The Supplier shall request for payment by submitting invoice(s), delivery note(s) and any other relevant documents as specified in the SCC to the Procuring Entity. 16.2 Payments shall be made promptly by the Procuring Entity, but not later than thirty (30) days after submission of an invoice by the Supplier, and after the Procuring Entity has accepted it.

  • Methods of Payment Distributions from the Director's Deferral Accounts shall be paid in cash in a single sum unless the Participant elects, at the time a Payment Date is selected pursuant to paragraph 4.1(a) or 4.1(b), to receive the amount payable in generally equal quarterly installments over a period not to exceed ten (10) years. In addition, at least one year before the Payment Date, a Director may change the method of payment previously selected.

  • Calculation of Payments The State shall use the fee schedule set forth in Attachment E to the contract (Fee Schedule) in determining the value of the work performed up to the time of termination. In the case of partially completed engineering services, eligible costs will be calculated as set forth in Attachment E, Fee Schedule. The sum of the provisional overhead percentage rate for payroll additives and for general and administrative overhead costs during the years in which work was performed shall be used to calculate partial payments. Any portion of the fixed fee not previously paid in the partial payments shall not be included in the final payment.

  • Basis of Payment The basis of payment is identified in Attachment E, Fee Schedule. Reimbursement of costs incurred under a work authorization shall be in accordance with Attachment E, Fee Schedule.
