Urban Design Guidelines. The Developer/Owner agrees to comply with the Plan of Subdivision’s Urban Design Guidelines, as approved the City, if applicable. A Registered Professional Planner, Architect or Architectural Technologist shall provide their stamp and a statement on the submitted Building Permit plans that indicates that the Building complies with the Plan of Subdivision’s Urban Design Guidelines.
Urban Design Guidelines. (i) The Purchaser acknowledges and agrees that the Urban Design Guidelines: (A) are not intended to be prescriptive but are intended to encourage exceptional and innovative design outcomes; (B) provide for certain minimum mandatory design elements which the Vendor considers must be satisfied in respect of any development to be undertaken on the Land; and (C) specify other matters, the inclusion of which the Vendor considers are desirable in any development undertaken on the Land. (ii) The Purchaser further acknowledges and agrees that as between the Vendor and the Purchaser, and notwithstanding any other provision of this Agreement, the Vendor alone has the sole discretion in determining whether any proposed development in respect of the Land meets the requisite design standards intended by the Urban Design Guidelines

Urban Design Guidelines. As part of Broadway Planning, the City will develop urban design guidelines to replace the existing C-3A design guidelines. TransLink will collaborate with the City on the design of Project stations to fit with emerging City policies regarding urban design guidelines as well as developments immediately adjacent to station head houses along the Broadway Corridor. This work is in addition to any design work directly required for Project stations and should consider the area within a minimum of 400 meters of each Project station. This work will be initiated in 2018, with a target completion by the end of 2021.
Urban Design Guidelines. The City will, the upon the same timelines as set out for each respective Land Use Plan in Section 5.1(a), develop urban design guidelines to be included in the Land Use Plans to advance place-making and supportive urban design elements generally consistent with the Surrey City Centre Plan design guidelines.

  • Project Implementation Manual The Recipient, through the PCU, shall: (i) take all action required to carry out Parts 1.1, 1.3, 1.4, 2, 3.1(b), 3.2, 3.3 and 4 (ii) of the Project in accordance with the provisions and requirements set forth or referred to in the Project Implementation Manual; (ii) submit recommendations to the Association for its consideration for changes and updates of the Project Implementation Manual as they may become necessary or advisable during Project implementation in order to achieve the objective of Parts 1.1, 1.3, 1.4, 2, 3.1(b), 3.2, 3.3 and 4(ii) of the Project; and (iii) not assign, amend, abrogate or waive the Project Implementation Manual or any of its provisions without the Association’s prior agreement. Notwithstanding the foregoing, if any of the provisions of the Project Implementation Manual is inconsistent with the provisions of this Agreement, the provisions of this Agreement shall prevail and govern.

  • Drug-Free Workplace Policy Consultant shall provide a drug-free workplace by complying with all provisions set forth in City’s Council Policy 100-5, attached hereto as Exhibit “D” and incorporated herein by reference. Consultant’s failure to conform to the requirements set forth in Council Policy 100-5 shall constitute a material breach of this Agreement and shall be cause for immediate termination of this Agreement by City.
