Usage Limitation. Customer’s use of the Hosted Services under this Agreement is subject to any applicable limitation such as, by way of example only, use specific to Customer’s business process or division as may be set forth in the applicable SO. Customer may request an amendment in any such limitation at any time by giving written notice to Ushur of the required changes. The parties will negotiate in good faith appropriate changes to the applicable SO including additional fees payable by Customer.

Usage Limitation. Boeing or Government property may be used only for its intended purpose unless otherwise approved by Boeing or the Government. Seller must immediately notify Boeing in writing if any additional property is required or if any Boeing/Government property provided is not needed.

Usage Limitation. The 2Bridge Service may only be used by Subscriber ---------------- and its branches, subsidiaries, and companies under common control in existence as of the date of this Agreement ("User" entity). Upon request by Subscriber and written approval by 2Bridge, Subscriber may add or remove branches, subsidiaries, or companies under common control to the list of authorized User entities. 2Bridge may cause to be excluded from the scope of the User entities any entity or location for which 2Bridge reasonably determines that Subscriber has failed to adequately administer the terms of this Agreement. As used herein, all references to Subscriber shall be deemed to include reference to User entities and Authorized Users.
