Use allowed Sample Clauses

The "Use allowed" clause defines the specific rights granted to a party to use certain materials, products, or intellectual property under the agreement. Typically, this clause outlines the scope of permitted uses, such as whether the recipient can use the materials for commercial, personal, or internal business purposes, and may set limitations on redistribution or modification. By clearly delineating what uses are authorized, the clause helps prevent misunderstandings and disputes over the extent of the rights granted, ensuring both parties have a shared understanding of permissible activities.

Clearly, that market rent will be highest when the property can be used for many uses and lowest, when the use is restricted to a single, low value use.
