Use of Parking Lot. 1.1. The Church grants the School permission to use the Parking Lot for student drop-off and pick-up during the hours of 7:30 a.m.- 3:30 p.m. on school days. The Church shall use its best efforts to ensure the Parking Lot is not utilized by anyone else other than School-related vehicles during these times.
1.2. The School agrees to ensure that its use of the Parking Lot does not interfere with the Church's activities and events. Commodity Classic will provide security on the Parking Lot starting the evening of the scheduled first day of lot use through the morning of the scheduled move out day.
