USE OF ROADWAYS. The Contractor shall use only established roadways or temporary roadways authorized by the County. When materials are transported during prosecution of the Work, vehicles shall not be loaded beyond the loading capacity recommended by the manufacturer of the vehicle or prescribed by federal, state, or local law or regulation.
USE OF ROADWAYS. Volente understands that during the constuction of the Intake Facility and related facilities, that const•uction tucks and other vehicles will be utilizing the public roadways within the city limits ofVolente. BCRUA agees that it will gather baseline data on any such roads prior to the beginning of consfruction. BCRUA agrees that once const•uction has been completed that it will repair any damaged roads so that they are in a condition at least as good as before construction started. BCRUA agees that it will agree to a similar arrangement with ▇▇▇▇▇▇ County regarding county roadways.
USE OF ROADWAYS. A. For hauling, use only established public roads and roads on Medical Center property and, when authorized by the Project Engineer, such temporary roads which are necessary in the performance of contract work. Temporary roads shall be constructed by the Contractor at Contractor's expense. When necessary to cross curbing, sidewalks, or similar construction, they must be protected by well-constructed bridges. B. When new permanent roads are to be a part of this contract, Contractor may construct them immediately for use to facilitate building operations. These roads may be used by all who have business thereon within zone of building operations. C. When certain buildings (or parts of certain buildings) are required to be completed in advance of general date of completion, all roads leading thereto must be completed and available for use at time set for completion of such buildings or parts thereof.

The Contractor shall repair or pay for the repair of any damaged curbs, sidewalks or roads to the satisfaction of the Project Manager or any governmental authority having jurisdiction and the Contractor's sole cost and expense.

  • Use of Common Areas Tenant shall have the nonexclusive right (in common with other tenants and all others to whom Landlord has granted or may grant such rights) to use the Common Areas for the purposes intended, subject to such reasonable rules and regulations as Landlord may establish from time to time. Tenant shall abide by such rules and regulations and shall use its best effort to cause others who use the Common Areas with Tenant's express or implied permission to abide by Landlord's rules and regulations. At any time, Landlord may close any Common Areas to perform any acts in the Common Areas as, in Landlord's judgment, are desirable to improve the Project. Tenant shall not interfere with the rights of Landlord, other tenants or any other person entitled to use the Common Areas.

  • Use of School Buildings The ASSOCIATION and its representatives shall have the right to use school buildings at all reasonable hours for meetings. This use must be within the hours when custodians are regularly employed and within accepted school policy.

  • Use of Buildings In addition to use and control of the Church and Parish buildings for the discharge of duties of the ▇▇▇▇▇▇'▇ office, as provided by Canon law, the ▇▇▇▇▇▇ shall have the right to grant use of the buildings to individuals or groups from outside the parish, following guidelines approved by the ▇▇▇▇▇▇, Wardens and Vestry.

  • Use of School Facilities 1. The Association will have the right to use school buildings at reasonable times for meetings in accordance with Committee policy on the Use of School Facilities. The principal of the building in question will be notified in advance of the time and place of all such meetings. 2. There will be one (1) bulletin board in each school building, which will be placed in the faculty lounge, for the purpose of displaying professional notices, circulars, and other Association material. Copies of all such material will be given to the building principal, but his advance approval will not be required.
