Use of the Venue Sample Clauses
The 'Use of the Venue' clause defines the permitted purposes and activities for which a venue may be used by the contracting party. Typically, it outlines any restrictions on the types of events, hours of operation, or specific behaviors allowed within the venue, such as prohibiting illegal activities or limiting use to private functions. This clause ensures that the venue is used in accordance with the owner's expectations and legal requirements, helping to prevent misuse and potential disputes over inappropriate or unauthorized activities.
