USE OF TIMBER Clause Samples

The "Use of Timber" clause defines the rules and limitations regarding how timber may be utilized within the scope of an agreement or project. It typically specifies whether timber on a property can be harvested, sold, or used for construction, and may outline requirements for sustainable practices or permissions needed before any timber-related activity occurs. This clause serves to clarify ownership rights, prevent unauthorized exploitation of timber resources, and ensure that all parties understand their responsibilities and limitations concerning timber use.
