Use Regulations. 1. Unless waived by the Village Manager, no Sponsoring Organization may use the Heritage Center Space on a complimentary basis more than twice in any calendar month or fifteen times per calendar year. 2. Light refreshments are permitted but must be confined to the Heritage Center Space reserved for the Event. All food and beverages must be cleaned up and removed promptly at the conclusion of the Event, and the Heritage Room Space must be left in a clean, orderly condition. All preparation of food and refreshments must be confined to the kitchen. Liquor is not permitted unless specifically authorized by the Village. If the kitchen is used, it must be left in a clean, orderly condition with appliances unplugged and all equipment properly cleaned.
Use Regulations. The regular hours of use are 7 a.m. to 9 p.m. Monday through Friday for the classrooms, 8 a.m. to 3 p.m. on Saturdays, and 7:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. for the Tech Centers. The Tech Centers are available for after hours use for an additional fee on Wednesdays and Thursdays.

Use Regulations. The following regulations shall apply to the User’s use of the Facilities: (a) All use of the Facilities will terminate no later than the time and dates stated herein, and the Facilities will be vacated by all persons using the same hereunder at or before such time and date. The User and User’s caterer must meet with appropriate ECM personnel at least ten (10) days prior to the date of the event to finalize the logistics and plans for such event, all of which are subject to the approval of ECM. Events after 5pm serving alcohol requires a security fee will be charged for all evening events in the amount of $50 per hour per guard (1 guard per 100 guests) for a minimum of three hours. Evening rentals with 100(+) guests will be required a security guard regardless of the service of alcohol or not. (d) The User shall indemnify and hold ECM, its trustees, directors, officers, employees, agents, successors and assigns harmless from and against any and all claims, cost, damages, liability, expenses, losses, suits or causes of action (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) resulting from or in any way arising out of the User’s use of ECM’s facilities or arising out of any violation of the terms of this Agreement or any applicable laws, ordinances or regulations.
