Using your information. This information may be used or disclosed from time to time for the following purposes: ◾ To verify your identity and investigate your personal background; ◾ To open and operate your Account(s) and provide you with products and services you may request; ◾ To better understand your financial situation; ◾ To determine your eligibility for products and services we offer; ◾ To help us better understand the current and future needs of our clients; ◾ To communicate to you any benefit, feature and other information about products and services you have with us; ◾ To protect your interests where, in our sole discretion, we deem necessary or desirable; ◾ To help us better manage our business and your relationship with us; ◾ To maintain the accuracy and integrity of information held by a credit reporting agency; and ◾ As required or permitted by law. For these purposes, we may: ◾ Make this information available to our employees, our agents and service providers, who are required to maintain the confidentiality of this information; ◾ Share this information with other financial institutions (including correspondent banks) or persons with whom you have or may have financial and other business dealings, wherever located; and ◾ Give credit, financial and other related information to credit reporting agencies, who may share it with others. In the event our service provider is located outside of your jurisdiction, the service provider is bound by, and the information may be disclosed in accordance with, the laws of the jurisdiction in which the service provider is located. Upon your request, we may give this information to other persons. We may also use this information and share it with RBC Companies wherever located, who shall be entitled to retain copies of any information disclosed (i) to manage our risks and operations and those of RBC Companies; and (ii) to comply with valid requests for information about you from regulators, government agencies, public bodies and other entities who have a right to issue such requests. If we have your relevant tax number, we may use it for tax related purposes if you hold a product generating income and share it with the appropriate government agencies, and we may also share it with credit reporting agencies as an aid to identify you.
Using your information. We use your information to manage your use of your Pay Provider, present you with updates and to display targeted offers and advertising from time to time. Your Pay Provider shares information with us for fraud and identification purposes. We always use your information in accordance with EML's Online Privacy Statement which can be viewed at ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇.▇▇▇ When you register your Card to your device, your Pay Provider or its parent company may access and process your information, including information about your transactions. We share some of your information with your Pay Provider or its parent company to display to you in your Pay Provider, which your Pay Provider or its parent company uses in an aggregated and de-identified way to help improve your Pay Provider. The use of your personal information by your Pay Provider or its parent company is solely governed by Pay Provider's privacy policy or that of its parent company which are available online.
Using your information. 1. The use of your information is solely governed by Prepaid Financial Services’ Privacy Policy and the Samsung Pay Privacy Notice.
2. Samsung may access and process your information, including information about your transactions.
3. We and Samsung share certain personal information with each other for a number of reasons, including to improve our and its service, to verify information and to prevent fraud.
Using your information. We’ll use your information as set out in the General Terms for your Barclays account. We’ll contact you from time to time about the Service, including upgrades, changes, marketing or other messages relating to the Service. We’ll do this electronically, for example, by email, SMS or other messages. We won’t send you marketing communications if you’ve previously told us that you don’t wish to receive these types of communications.
Using your information. 1.2.1. The personal details that you provide to Native are for the purpose of processing your booking for accommodation. From time to time, we may share your details with third parties; if you would prefer we didn’t do this, please let us know.

1.2.4. We take care to ensure that we keep accurate records of our Occupants. If we don’t hear from you within 48 hours of any document being sent to you, we’ll assume that we got it right.
Using your information. We will use all information you provide primarily for the provision of legal services. However, we may also use it for related purposes including updating and enhancing our records, analysis to assist in managing our practice, statutory returns, legal and regulatory compliance. We are happy to use email as a way to communicate with you, but you should be aware that confidentiality cannot be guaranteed. If you prefer us not to use email, please tell us in writing.
Using your information. 6.1 We collect your personal information to help us decide if you’re eligible for CEC events and services and the delivery of those services to you. We may also need it to verify identities to help deter fraud, ensure your personal security or and the security of our systems. How we use this information depends on what products and services you have or want from us. It also depends on what laws apply to those products and services.
