A Utilities Allowance clause defines the amount or method by which a landlord or property owner provides a financial contribution toward the tenant's utility expenses. Utilities Allowance. If the church pays the minister an annual allowance for utilities, this amount should be reflected as a utility allowance on line 3. If the utilities are maintained in the church's name and paid directly by the church, check the box indicating that utilities are provided- do not put a dollar amount on line 3.
Utilities Allowance. If Tenant resides in a development where the HAESL does not supply electricity, natural gas, or heating fuel, an allowance for utilities shall be established. Tenant shall pay for services rendered directly to the utility supplier. Therefore, the total rental payment for the Tenant will be the rental amount minus the utilities allowance. If the allowance for utilities exceeds the rental payment amount, the HAESL will pay a Utility Reimbursement to the utility supplier and/or to the Tenant monthly. If Tenant's actual utility bill is LESS than the utilities allowance, Tenant shall receive the benefit of such saving.
Utilities Allowance. The Utilities Allowance covers all costs associated with: i) the installation of a telephone at the new residence provided a telephone was installed at the previous residence; ii) connection or re-connection of water, gas and electricity services at the employee’s new residence; and iii) redirection of mail to the new residence for no more than 3 months. PathCentre will reimburse actual expenses when the employee produces receipts or other documentation as required.
Utilities Allowance. You will be reimbursed for the cost of utilities (gas, oil, electricity, water, but excluding personal telephone and internet expenses) up to $583 per month.

  • Expense Allowance Out of the proceeds of each Closing, the Company also agrees to pay ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ (a) a management fee equal to 1.0% of the gross proceeds raised in each Offering; (b) $35,000 for non-accountable expenses (to be increased to $50,000 in case of a public Offering); (c) up to $50,000 for fees and expenses of legal counsel and other out-of-pocket expenses (to be increased to $100,000 in case of a public Offering); plus the additional amount payable by the Company pursuant to Paragraph D.3 hereunder and, if applicable, the costs associated with the use of a third-party electronic road show service (such as NetRoadshow); provided, however, that such amount in no way limits or impairs the indemnification and contribution provisions of this Agreement.

  • Cleaning Allowance The University will pay for the cleaning of Department issued uniforms and necessary work clothing requiring cleaning worn by employees assigned to non-uniformed positions.

  • Boot Allowance The District will pay $180 toward the purchase and/or repair of work boots for District Employees listed in the District’s Work Apparel Policy and/or at the discretion of the employee’s department manager. Payment will be made by the first full paycheck of the employee’s date of hire and annually thereafter. Boots must meet applicable OSHA standards for the duties assigned.

  • Meal Allowance A shift worker who works a qualifying shift of eight hours or the rostered shift, whichever is the greater, and who is required to work more than one hour beyond the end of the shift (excluding any break for a meal) shall be paid a meal allowance of $7.95, or, at the option of the employer, be provided with a meal.

  • Transportation Allowance When an employee is required to travel to the Hospital or to return to her home as a result of reporting to or off work between the hours of hours, (other than reporting to or off work for her regular shift) or at any time while on standby, the Hospital will pay transportation costs either by taxi or by her own vehicle at the rate of thirty-five cents ($0.35) per mile (to a maximum of fourteen dollars ($14.00)) or such greater amount as the Hospital may in its discretion determine for each trip between the aforementioned hours. The employee will provide to the Hospital satisfactory proof of payment of such taxi fare.
