The Voluntary Service clause defines the terms under which an individual or entity provides services without expectation of payment or compensation. Typically, this clause clarifies that any work performed is done on a voluntary basis, and the volunteer is not considered an employee or entitled to employment benefits. Its core function is to distinguish voluntary contributions from paid work, thereby protecting the organization from employment-related claims and ensuring both parties understand the non-remunerative nature of the arrangement.

I expressly waive any claim (by me or the Minor) for such losses, costs, and damages from ALSF or the Released Parties (defined below).
