WAIVER OR DEFERRAL OF MATCH RESULTS Clause Samples

The Waiver or Deferral of Match Results clause allows parties to either relinquish or postpone the enforcement of outcomes determined by a match or competition. In practice, this means that a party may choose not to act on the results immediately, or may agree to disregard certain results altogether, depending on the circumstances or mutual agreement. This clause is typically used to provide flexibility in situations where strict adherence to match outcomes may not be desirable or practical, thereby helping to prevent disputes and accommodate unforeseen events.
