Common use of Weekend Work Clause in Contracts

Weekend Work. For weekend work on which the nurse is not eligible for time and one-half pay under any provision of this Agreement (including for consecutive weekend work under Article 9.4.4), the nurse will be paid a weekend differential of $1.75 per hour worked. A weekend for purposes of this section shall be defined as all hours between 1900 Friday and 0700 Monday, except that the differential shall not be payable to nurses working a Friday shift that is scheduled to end either at 1900 or 1930 or to nurses working a Monday shift that is typically considered to be a day shift.

Weekend Work. Weekend work on which in excess of the nurse is not eligible for above shall be at the rate of time and one-half (1 1/2x) the regular rate of pay under any provision of this Agreement (including for consecutive the shift concerned. The weekend work under Article 9.4.4)shall be defined for day and evening shift personnel as both Saturday and Sunday; for night shift personnel, the nurse will be paid a weekend differential of $1.75 per hour worked. A weekend for purposes of this section shall be defined as all hours between 1900 both Friday and 0700 Monday, except that Saturday night. Any time worked within the differential scheduled weekend off shall be paid at the rate of time and one-half (1 1/2x). This Section shall not be payable apply to full-time or part-time nurses working a Friday shift that is scheduled who voluntarily agree to end either at 1900 or 1930 more frequent weekend work or to nurses working a Monday shift that is typically considered to be a day shiftwho trade weekends for their own convenience.

Weekend Work. For weekend work on which the nurse is not eligible for 19 time and one-half pay under any provision of this Agreement (including for consecutive 20 weekend work under Article 9.4.4), the nurse will be paid a weekend differential of $1.75 2.00 21 per hour worked. A weekend for purposes of this section shall be defined as all hours 22 between 1900 Friday and 0700 Monday, except that the differential shall not be payable 23 to nurses working a Friday shift that is scheduled to end either at 1900 or 1930 or to 24 nurses working a Monday shift that is typically considered to be a day shift.

For weekend work on which the nurse is not eligible for 17 time and one-half pay under any provision of this Agreement (including for consecutive additional 18 weekend work under Article 9.4.4Section 9.4.3), the nurse will be paid a weekend differential of 19 $1.75 2.50 per hour worked. A weekend for purposes of this section shall be defined as all 20 hours between 1900 Friday and 0700 Monday, except that the differential shall not be 21 payable to nurses working a Friday shift that is scheduled to end either at 1900 or 1930 22 or to nurses working a Monday shift that is typically considered to be a day shift.

For weekend work on which the nurse is not eligible for 33 time and one-half pay under any provision of this Agreement (including for consecutive weekend work under Article 9.4.4)Agreement, the nurse will be paid a 1 weekend differential of $1.75 2.00 per hour worked. A weekend for purposes of this section Section 2 shall be defined as all hours between 1900 Friday and 0700 Monday, except that the 3 differential shall not be payable to nurses working a Friday shift that is scheduled to end 4 either at 1900 or 1930 or to nurses working a Monday shift that is typically considered to 5 be a day shift.

For weekend work on which the nurse is not eligible for 24 time and one-half pay under any provision of this Agreement (including for consecutive 25 weekend work under Article 9.4.4), the nurse will be paid a weekend differential of $1.75 26 per hour worked. A weekend for purposes of this section shall be defined as all hours 27 between 1900 Friday and 0700 Monday, except that the differential shall not be payable 28 to nurses working a Friday shift that is scheduled to end either at 1900 or 1930 or to 29 nurses working a Monday shift that is typically considered to be a day shift.

Weekend Work. For weekend work on which the nurse is not eligible for time and one-one half pay 23 under any provision of this Agreement (including for consecutive weekend work under Article 9.4.4)Agreement, the nurse will be paid a weekend differential Nurses 24 who work on the weekend shall receive a differential of two dollars and fifty cents ($1.75 2.50) $2.00 25 per hour worked. A weekend for purposes of this section shall be defined as all hours between 26 1900 Friday and 0700 Monday, except that the differential shall not be payable to nurses 27 working a Friday shift that is scheduled to end either at 1900 or 1930 or to nurses working a 28 Monday shift that is typically considered to be a day shift. 29 9.8.1 Instead of the above, a nurse who is working on call in/call-back, will be paid weekend 30 differential for all hours worked from the start time of the nurses assigned on call shift 31 Friday evening to the end of the scheduled on call shift Monday morning.

A weekend for purposes of this section shall be defined as all 26 hours between 1900 Friday and 0700 Monday, except that the differential shall not be 27 payable to nurses working a Friday shift that is scheduled to end either at 1900 or 1930 28 or to nurses working a Monday shift that is typically considered to be a day shift.

A weekend for 8 purposes of this section Section shall be defined as all hours between 1900 Friday 9 and 0700 Monday, except that the differential shall not be payable to nurses 10 working a Friday shift that is scheduled to end either at 1900 or 1930 or to 11 nurses working a Monday shift that is typically considered to be a day shift.

A 10 weekend for purposes of this section shall be defined as all hours 11 between 1900 Friday and 0700 Monday, except that the differential shall 12 not be payable to nurses working a Friday shift that is scheduled to end 13 either at 1900 or 1930 or to nurses working a Monday shift that is typically 14 considered to be a day shift.

Weekend Work. For Full-time and part-time nurses may work up to two (2) weekends out of four (4), or some combination of four weekend shifts per month. Any additional weekend work on which will be scheduled only where necessary for the nurse is not eligible for time proper administration of the nursing unit, and will be paid at one and one-half pay under any provision of this Agreement (including 1-1/2) times the nurse’s regular rate. This section shall not apply to nurses who voluntarily agree to more frequent weekend duty. The weekend shall be defined for consecutive weekend work under Article 9.4.4)day and evening shift personnel as Saturday and Sunday. For night shift personnel, the nurse will be paid a weekend differential of $1.75 per hour worked. A weekend for purposes of this section shall be defined as all hours between 1900 Friday night and 0700 Monday, except that the differential shall not be payable to nurses working a Friday shift that is scheduled to end either at 1900 or 1930 or to nurses working a Monday shift that is typically considered to be a day shiftSaturday night.

For weekend work on which the nurse is not eligible for 27 time and one-half pay under any provision of this Agreement (including for consecutive 28 weekend work under Article 9.4.4), the nurse will be paid a weekend differential of 29 $1.75 per 2.00per hour worked. A weekend for purposes of this section shall be defined as all 30 hours between 1900 Friday and 0700 Monday, except that the differential shall not be 31 payable to nurses working a Friday shift that is scheduled to end either at 1900 or 1930 32 or to nurses working a Monday shift that is typically considered to be a day shift.

For weekend work on which the nurse is not eligible for 6 time and one-half pay under any provision of this Agreement (including for consecutive weekend work under Article 9.4.4)Agreement, the nurse will be paid a 7 weekend differential of $1.75 2.00 per hour worked. A weekend for purposes of this section Section 8 shall be defined as all hours between 1900 Friday and 0700 Monday, except that the 9 differential shall not be payable to nurses working a Friday shift that is scheduled to end 10 either at 1900 or 1930 or to nurses working a Monday shift that is typically considered to 11 be a day shift.

Weekend Work. For weekend Nurses who work on which the nurse is not eligible for time and one-half pay under any provision of this Agreement (including for consecutive weekend work under Article 9.4.4), the nurse will be paid shall receive a weekend differential of two 11 dollars and fifty cents ($1.75 2.50) per hour worked. A weekend for purposes of this section 12 shall be defined as all hours between 1900 Friday and 0700 Monday, except that the 13 differential shall not be payable to nurses working a Friday shift that is scheduled to end 14 either at 1900 or 1930 or to nurses working a Monday shift that is typically considered to 15 be a day shift.
