Working Parties Sample Clauses

The 'Working Parties' clause defines the establishment and operation of groups or committees composed of representatives from the contracting parties to oversee specific aspects of the agreement. These working parties typically meet regularly to discuss progress, resolve issues, and coordinate activities related to the contract, such as project milestones or technical requirements.
