Working Pattern. (a) The actual timing of the lunch and rest period may vary depending on the actual starting time. A rest period will be taken within 4 hours after start. Working Pattern. The employees shall mutually agree the pattern of days to be worked and each Job-share partnership will be unique. In each case full details of agreed working arrangements must be set out in writing and agreed with the employing manager. A copy of each agreement shall be sent to the Staff and Management Side Secretaries of the Service Control Council for monitoring purposes. Individuals will be required to sign a revised Contract of Employment. Job-share partners may mutually agree to vary their working arrangements on a short-term basis. In this case notification of the change will be given to the employing manager. In each case the number of shifts worked and rest days should accord with the job-share agreement over a maximum of four weeks. Any long-term variation of the agreement should result in a new agreement that should be drawn up. Job-sharers shall be entitled to change over with other employees of the same grade but all change-overs shall be subject to the provisions of the Professional Service Control Agreement.

  • Working Alone (a) Where an employee is employed under conditions which present a significant hazard of disabling injury, and when the employee might not be able to secure assistance in the event of an injury or other misfortunes, the Employer shall provide a means of periodically checking the well being of the employee. Checks shall be made at such intervals and by such means as are appropriate to the nature, hazard and circumstances of the employment. (b) The frequency of employee checks shall be increased proportionate to the nature of the hazard under which the employee is working. For example, extreme weather conditions; as the temperature decreases, the frequency of checks shall increase.

  • Development Work The Support Standards do not include development work either (i) on software not licensed from CentralSquare or (ii) development work for enhancements or features that are outside the documented functionality of the Solutions, except such work as may be specifically purchased and outlined in Exhibit 1. CentralSquare retains all Intellectual Property Rights in development work performed and Customer may request consulting and development work from CentralSquare as a separate billable service.

  • Quality Improvement The Parties must develop QI activities specifically for the oversight of the requirements of this MOU, including, without limitation, any applicable performance measures and QI initiatives, including those to prevent duplication of services, as well as reports that track referrals, Member engagement, and service utilization. Such QI activities must include processes to monitor the extent to which Members are able to access mental health services across SMHS and NSMHS, and Covered Service utilization. The Parties must document these QI activities in policies and procedures.
