Your rights to end the contract. You may end this contract at any time by notice in writing to the School if:
14.2.1 you have a legal right to end the contract because of something we have done wrong; or
14.2.2 the School becomes insolvent or goes into liquidation or receivership or administrative receivership or is wound-up for any reason.
Your rights to end the contract. 9.1 Ending the contract because of something we have done or are going to do. If you are ending a contract for a reason set out below the contract will end immediately. The reasons are:
(a) there is a risk that supply of the Services may be significantly delayed because of events outside our control;
(b) you have a legal right to end the contract because of something we have done wrong;
(c) you have the legal right to end the contract because of provisions in the Niche Agreement.
9.2 Exercising your right to change your mind (Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013). Where you are a consumer, or where you have applied for our Services online or away from our trade premises, you have a legal right to change your mind within 14 days and receive a refund. These rights, under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, are explained in more detail below.
9.3 How long do I have to change my mind? You have 14 days after the day that the Niche Agreement has been signed by both parties to change your mind.
9.4 How we will refund you. Where we are required to refund you, we will do so using bank transfer. However, we may make deductions from the amount. Deductions may include charges to cover costs incurred by us, for example, making of the niche cover, fitting of the niche cover and any other reasonable costs.
9.5 When your refund will be made. We will make any refund due to you as soon as possible. If you are exercising your right to change your mind then your refund will be made within 14 days of your telling us you have changed your mind provided you have supplied us with your bank details.
Your rights to end the contract. 3.1. Exercising your right to change your mind (Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013). You have the right to cancel your contract with us during the “Cancellation Period” without giving us any reason.
Your rights to end the contract. 11.1 You can always end your contract with us. Your rights when you end the contract will depend on what Works we are providing, whether there is anything wrong with the Works, how we are performing and when you decide to end the contract:
(a) If the Works are faulty or misdescribed you may have a legal right to end the contract (or to get the Works repaired or replaced or a service re-performed or to get some or all of your money back), see clause 11;
(b) If you want to end the contract because of something we have done or have told you we are going to do, see clause 8.2;
(c) If you have just changed your mind about the Works, see clause 8.3. You may be able to get a refund if you are within the cooling-off period, but this may be subject to deductions and certain charges, see clause 9;
(d) In all other cases (if we are not at fault and there is no right to change your mind), see clause 8.6.
11.2 Ending the contract because of something we have done or are going to do. If you are ending a contract for a reason set out at (a) to (d) below the contract will end immediately and we will refund you in full for any Works which have not been provided and you may also be entitled to compensation. The reasons are:
(a) we have told you about an error in the price or description of the Works and you do not wish to proceed;
(b) there is a risk that supply of the Works may be significantly delayed because of events outside our control;
(c) we have suspended supply of the Works for technical reasons, or notify you we are going to suspend them for technical reasons, in each case for a period of more than one month; or
(d) you have a legal right to end the contract because of something we have done wrong.
11.3 Exercising your right to change your mind (Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013). For most products bought off-premises you have a legal right to change your mind within 14 days and receive a refund. These rights, under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, are explained in more detail in these terms.
11.4 When you don't have the right to change your mind. You do not have a right to change your mind in respect of:
(a) Any goods that are personalised or made to your specifications, and any services relating to those goods;
(b) goods that have been used or incorporated into the land;
(c) perishable goods (goods which decay or go bad quickly);
(d) goods needed in an emergency;
(e) services, once these have been completed, even if the cooling off period is still runn...

(a) you have a legal right to end the contract because of something we have done wrong; or
(b) the Foundation becomes insolvent or goes into liquidation or receivership or administrative receivership for any reason.
Your rights to end the contract. AS A CONSUMER Clause 9 applies if you enter into a contract for the Services as a consumer (i.e., you are acting wholly or mainly outside of your trade, business, craft or profession).
9.1. Your legal right to cancel an appointment starts from the date your service booking is finalised and/or you are sent your appointment confirmation (the date on which we e- mail or text you to confirm our acceptance of your order).
9.2. You may end the Contract:
9.2.1. if what you have bought is faulty or misdescribed you may have a legal right to end the Contract, or have the Services re-performed or get some or all of your money back. If you have any complaints with our Service, see clause
9.2.2. by exercising your rights under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013
9.2.3. because of something we have done or are going to do, see clause 9.3; or
9.2.4. in all other cases where we are not at fault and you have not changed your mind, see clause 9.5.
9.3. Ending the Contract because of something we have done or are going to do. The Contract will end immediately, and we will refund you in full for any Services which have not been provided if you are ending the Contract for a reason below:
9.3.1. we have told you about an upcoming change to the Services or these terms which you do not agree to;
9.3.2. we have told you about an error in the price or description of the Services you have ordered, and you do not wish to proceed;
9.3.3. there is a risk that supply of the Services may be significantly delayed because of any act or event beyond our reasonable control;
9.3.4. you have a legal right to end the Contract because of something we have done wrong. You may also be entitled to compensation.
9.4. Exercising your right to change your mind under the Regulations.
Your rights to end the contract. 13.1. You can always end your contract with us. Your rights when you end the contract will depend on what you have bought, whether there is anything wrong with it, how we are performing, and when you decide to end the contract:
i. If what you have bought is faulty or misdescribed, you may have a legal right to end the contract, or to get the product repaired or replaced, or a service re-performed, or to get some, or all of your money back.
ii. If you are ending the contract because of something we have done or have told you we are going to do.
iii. If you have just changed your mind about the product, see clause 11.4. You may be able to get a refund if you are within the cooling-off period, but this may be subject to deductions.
13.2. If you are ending the contract for a reason set out at clause 12, the contract will end immediately, and we will refund you in full for any products which have not been provided.

Please provide your full name, home address, details of your order, product description, and where available, your telephone number and email address. Our customer service team will contact you as soon as possible.
Your rights to end the contract. If you are not ending the contract in accordance with Clause 8.2 (rejection of changes in price or terms and conditions), then the contract will end immediately and we will refund any sums paid by you for Our Services not provided, once the vehicle has been returned and assessed. We will however deduct from that refund any other amounts which we may claim from you under this contract.
Your rights to end the contract. 11.1 If you wish to end the contract within 14 days of the date on which the services are due to start, we will not refund any advance payment you have made for such services. This is because we will have allocated time, commitment and resources to the place and it will be difficult for us to fill it with another individual at short notice.

Your rights to end the contract. 26.1 If you want to end the contract, you can cancel at any time. Access to your account will then be ceased and you will be billed no further.
