▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ Allowance. Teachers required in the course of their work to drive personal automobiles from one school building to another shall receive a mileage allowance equal to the rate established by the Internal Revenue Service for tax purposes. The same allowance shall be given for the use of personal automobiles for field trips or other district business approved by the Board.
▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ Allowance. 1. All employees required by the nature of their employment to travel from school to school will be reimbursed at the approved City rate. 2. For those staff members required by their job to travel between buildings or on school business, in order to be compensated, monthly forms are to be passed in to the Superintendent’s office by the tenth of the following month, unless the tenth falls on a weekend, holiday or vacation period. 3. In the event that the total weight of all luggage exceeds 50lbs, some or all luggage may not travel on the flight. Tradewind reserves the right in its sole and absolute discretion to determine the suitability and place of storage of any items to be carried in the cabin of the aircraft.
