Code Compliance definition

Code Compliance means the repair, replacement or upgrade of a component, equipment or system of a property that is mandated by law, regulation or code to continue the use of the property at its designed capacity for its designed intended use;
Code Compliance means compliance with applicable ADA, Title 24 and fire, life and safety codes and any other applicable building codes, laws, rules and regulations. Code Compliance means that Manager's Construction, and/or particular items or portions thereof, are in compliance with all building and fire codes applicable to same.
