Where there is any conflict between the documents that make up this Grant Agreement the conflict shall be resolved in accordance with the following order of precedence: these Conditions set out within this Grant Agreement; Schedule 2 – The Council’s Grant Award Letter; Schedule 4 - Grant Award Criteria Schedule 1 – Your Grant Application Form; and Schedule 3 – Description of your Services and the Services Plan (where appropriate).
