Initial Synchronization Date definition

Initial Synchronization Date means the date upon which Initial Synchronization occurs.
Initial Synchronization Date means the date that includes the first instant in time when energy generated by the Facility is delivered to the Georgia Power Electric System at the Interconnection Point. Such Initial Synchronization Date is projected in Appendix B.
Initial Synchronization Date as defined in Section 1.23 of the Power Purchase Agreement.

  • Unless otherwise mutually agreed to by Developer and Connecting Transmission Owner, Developer shall select the In-Service Date, Initial Synchronization Date, and Commercial Operation Date; and either the Standard Option or Alternate Option set forth below, and such dates and selected option shall be set forth in Appendix B hereto.

  • Developer shall submit initial specifications for the DAF, including System Protection Facilities, to Connecting Transmission Owner and NYISO at least one hundred eighty (180) Calendar Days prior to the Initial Synchronization Date; and final specifications for review and comment at least ninety (90) Calendar Days prior to the Initial Synchronization Date.

More Definitions of Initial Synchronization Date

Initial Synchronization Date means the date upon which the Generating Facility is initially synchronized and upon which Trial Operation begins.

Initial Synchronization Date means the date upon which the Large Generating Facility is initially synchronized and upon which Trial Operation begins, notice of which must be provided to the NYISO in the form of Appendix E-1. In-Service Date shall mean the date upon which the Interconnection CustomerDeveloper reasonably expects it will be ready to begin use of the Connecting Transmission Owner’s Attachment Facilities to obtain back feed power. Interconnection Customer shall mean an Eligible Customer developing a Large Generating Facility, proposing to connect to the New York State Transmission System, in compliance with the NYISO Minimum Interconnection Standard. Interconnection Customer’s Attachment Facilities shall mean all facilities and equipment, as identified in Appendix A of this Agreement, that are located between the Large Generating Facility and the Point of Change of Ownership, including any modification, addition, or upgrades to such facilities and equipment necessary to physically and electrically interconnect the Large Generating Facility to the New York State Transmission System. Interconnection Facilities Study shall mean a study conducted by NYISO or a third party consultant for the Interconnection CustomerDeveloper to determine a list of facilities (including Connecting Transmission Owner’s Attachment Facilities, Distribution Upgrades, System Upgrade Facilities and System Deliverability Upgrades as identified in the Interconnection System Reliability Impact Study), the cost of those facilities, and the time required to interconnect the Large Generating Facility with the New York State Transmission System or with the Distribution System. The scope of the study is defined in Section 30.8 of the Standard Large Facility Interconnection Procedures. Appendix 4 of the Standard Large Facility Interconnection Procedures for conducting the Interconnection Facilities Study.

In-Service Date shall mean the date upon which the Interconnection Customer reasonably expects it will be ready to begin use of the Transmission Owner’s Attachment Facilities to obtain back feed power.
