Operating Representatives definition

Operating Representatives means those individuals appointed by each of the Parties to form and maintain the Operating Procedures.
Operating Representatives. Individual(s) appointed by each Party for the purpose of securing effective cooperation and interchange of information between the Parties in connection with administration and technical matters related to this Contract.
