Projected Completion Date definition

Projected Completion Date means __________, 20__. This is the date by which the Company expects to complete the Capital Investment and to create and Maintain the New Jobs. [GENERALLY, THE LAST DAY OF CALENDAR QUARTER APPROXIMATELY 3 YEARS AFTER THE PROJECT’S ANNOUNCEMENT DATE]
