Service Level Objectives definition

Service Level Objectives means the predetermined, objective performance criteria as specifically set out in this Agreement, for delivery of the Services.
Service Level Objectives means the level of service the wholesale service provider and the reseller of service agree on and usually include a set of service level indicators such as availability, performance and reliability;
Service Level Objectives means the objectives that shall be achieved — for each service activity, function and process by Company, in accordance with subsection 3.1.2.

Examples of Service Level Objectives in a sentence

  • CIS and Customer have defined non-binding Service Level Objectives ("SLOs") to serve as a benchmark for CIS and Customer to periodically assess together the functioning and satisfaction level derived from the outsourcing relationship.

  • See “Service Level Objectives.” If specific Service Level Objectives are not selected by the Customer and, instead, the Customer utilizes default Service Options, Green Cloud shall use best efforts to restore services based on SLO and Incident Priority levels (see “Support Services”).

More Definitions of Service Level Objectives

Service Level Objectives. The Service Addendum may set forth performance objectives for a particular Service based upon various measurable factors.
Service Level Objectives means those Service Level(s) for which no Service Level Credit is payable, but which require monthly measurement and reporting, and are described in Exhibit B.1 (Service Level Matrix). Those Service Level Objectives that require weekly measurement and reporting during Peak Period are identified as such on Exhibit B.1 (Service Level Matrix).
Service Level Objectives or “SLO(s)” means the objective measurement criteria of Dell’s performance as set forth in Exhibit 2 of this Service Description.
Service Level Objectives means the target numerical value of the Service Levels set out in the Order Form.
Service Level Objectives means the level of electronic communications service the wholesale licensee and the reseller of service agree on and usually include a set of service level indicators such as availability, performance and reliability; “standard installation” means an installation where the necessary equipment to carry out the installation is readily available and no significant additional resources are required.
Service Level Objectives. : means the target numerical value of the Service Levels set out in Attachment 2 to the Cloud Service Agreement;
Service Level Objectives or “SLO” means the objectives relating to the quality of the Services and the Used Car Program as measured in this Exhibit.
