Speech Data definition

Speech Data means the audio files, associated transcriptions and log files provided by End User hereunder or generated in connection with the Hosted Service.
Speech Data means e.g. audio files, associated transcripts and log files generated in connection with the processing.
Speech Data means the audio files, associated transcriptions and log files provided by you hereunder or generated in connection with the Software.

  • The Service is a hosted service that transmits the end user’s Speech Data via the internet.

  • Knowing that the rights of other individuals may be involved in or referenced by your use of the Services, you explicitly acknowledge and accept that you are solely responsible for determining the lawful basis of processing the Speech Data and obtaining all required consents, authorizations and permissions from such third parties to enable you to provide such information to us and to grant to us the rights set forth in this Agreement and the DPA.

  • Supplier further agrees that all such Speech Data assembled to test exclusive Features shall be considered AT&T Proprietary information and, accordingly, shall be held in confidence by Supplier.

  • Supplier agrees with respect to Features designated as exclusive under Clause 4.8 EXCLUSIVITY DESIGNATION of this Agreement to hold in confidence all Speech Data assembled from trials, assembled in the process of developing such Features, and all Speech Data from the ITN or from the field.

  • Speech Data and Usage Data are never used for marketing purposes.

  • Also, we may use data and information that we collect in providing the Service, including Speech Data and Usage Data (as defined below) for our internal purposes to develop, tune, enhance, and improve our products and services.

  • Supplier agrees that Company does not grant to Supplier the right to use such collected Speech Data for any purpose whatsoever other than to enable Supplier to perform under this Agreement.

More Definitions of Speech Data

Speech Data means the audio files, associated transcripts, and log files provided by you or generated in connection with the Application. Either one or both of Verified Mobile and our licensors may collect and use Speech Data to tune, enhance, and improve the speech recognition and other components of the Application. You acknowledge, consent, and agree that Verified Mobile and our licensors may record and collect Speech Data as part of your use of the Services and that such information will only be used by Verified Mobile and our licensors, or third parties acting under the direction of Verified Mobile and our licensors pursuant to confidentiality agreements, to provide, tune, enhance, and improve the speech recognition and other components of the Services and other products and services owned, licensed or developed by Verified Mobile and our licensors. Your email address and password (“Account Credentials”) are required to access your Account and to use the Services. Unauthorized access to or use of the Services is prohibited. You agree that you will notify Verified Mobile immediately if you believe that a third party has obtained your Account Credentials, or if you believe that any unauthorized access or use may occur or has occurred. For your protection, if Verified Mobile believes that any unauthorized access may occur or has occurred, Verified Mobile may terminate such access without prior notice to you. You also agree that Verified Mobile is permitted to act upon any instructions received using your Account Credentials and to consider such instructions as authorized by you. Neither Verified Mobile nor any of our licensors will be liable for any loss that you may incur as a result of someone else using your Account Credentials or Account, either with or without your knowledge. However, you could be held liable for losses incurred by Verified Mobile, our licensors, or another party due to someone else using your Account Credentials or Account. You may not use another App User’s Account Credentials or Account at any time, with or without the permission of the account holder. Speech Data means recordings of the utterances of customers interacting with real services, or the utterances of other speakers made for the express purpose of systematically collecting a range of vocabulary from a range of people needed to represent vocabulary used in real services, including, but not limited to, the binary data files representing the audio recordings themselves, the transcriptions of what was spoken (whether in orthographic or phonetic form), and other explanatory information about the specific circumstances of recording and speaker, such as source, noise conditions, gender, age, accent, and speech endpoint locations within the binary data file. Speech Data does not include Speech Models, Speech Model Creation Algorithms, Speech Pattern Matching Algorithms, Speech Algorithm Parameters, or Speech Grammars prepared by or on behalf of Supplier. Speech Data may be used to train Speech Models or to test the performance of Speech Models, Pattern Matching Algorithms, Speech Algorithm Parameters and/or Speech Grammars.

  • Research Data means documents in a digital form, other than scientific publications, which are collected or produced in the course of scientific research activities and are used as evidence in the research process, or are commonly accepted in the research community as necessary to validate research findings and results;
