Substantial Implementation definition
Substantial Implementation means the fulfilment of the conditions set out in clause 27 to the satisfaction of the BRP;
Substantial Implementation means the occurrence of the following in respect of the Development: completion of all ground preparation works and all site-wide enabling works; and completion of the foundations for the core of any one building and its construction to ground floor slab
Substantial Implementation means completion of all ground preparation works, the foundations for the core and the construction of the ground floor slab of Phase 1 of the Development which for the avoidance of doubt is the part of the Development that is situated on the Land where Blocks A-D are currently located;

Substantial Implementation means in respect of the Development (except for the NAR) construction beyond ground floor slab level and the terms "Substantially Implement" shall be construed accordingly
Substantial Implementation means all ground preparation work has been completed, the substructure of the Development has been completed and the core structure of the Development has been completed up to first floor level and reference to “Substantially Implemented" shall be construed accordingly;

Substantial Implementation means the date upon which the BRPs file with the CIPC a notice as required in terms of The Act4. The BRPs shall be guided by the provisions of and events contemplated in this Business Rescue Plan in his determination of whether substantial implementation has occurred, such determination being in his sole discretion;
