Telemetry Data definition

Telemetry Data means information generated by instrumentation and logging systems created through the use and operation of the Products and/or Services.
Telemetry Data means all information and data that the Software generates in connection with Your use, including but not limited to, network policy, log and configuration information; threat intelligence data, URLs, metadata or net flow data; origin and nature of malware; the types of software or applications installed on a network or an endpoint; information about the devices connected to a network; information generated by sensors, devices and machinery; information related to the usage, origin of use, traffic patterns or behaviour of the users of a network or Software; and information relating to the existence of cookies, web beacons, and other similar applications.
Telemetry Data means samples of Company's email and web traffic, including data on email message and web request attributes and information on how different types of email messages and web requests were handled by Company's Cisco hardware products. Email message metadata and web requests included in Telemetry Data are anonymized and obfuscated to remove any Personally Identifiable Information.

  • Purpose/Scope: FL[DS] and Grantee enter into this Rider to establish the terms and conditions for Grantee Access to the Licensed Software Solution provided by FL[DS]; to establish the maintenance, use, and disclosure of the Telemetry Data generated by Grantee and uploaded to the Solution Console; and to provide terms and conditions for the use of the Licensed Software Solution.

  • Protected Grantee Data – Data, not including Telemetry Data, maintained, and generated by Grantee, which shall not be Accessed or Accessible by, or sent to, the Licensed Software Solution.

Telemetry Data means all information and data that the Cloud Service generates in connection with Your use, including but not limited to, network policy, log and configuration information; threat intelligence data, URLs, metadata or net flow data; origin and nature of malware; the types of software or applications installed on a network or an endpoint; information about the devices connected to a network; information generated by sensors, devices and machinery; information related to the usage, origin of use, traffic patterns or behavior of the users of a network or Cloud Service; and information relating to the existence of cookies, web beacons, and other similar applications.
Telemetry Data means analytics and Licensed Unit data generated by your use of the Aviatrix Offerings to enable Software features and functionality and to provide related Software Support Services to you pursuant to the Software Order and Documentation.
Telemetry Data means information generated by instrumentation and logging systems created through the
Telemetry Data means data arising from Licensee’s use of the Software, the Nuix License Key, Cloud Licensing Server or other methods, including without limitation, data and information regarding (i) the manner, consistency, duration, usage pattern, statistics, memory, operating system, bandwidth, product errors and other information, or (ii) the access mode and case name for the Licensee using the Software. Telemetry Data will not include Licensee Data.
Telemetry Data means any data collected from a Device (or from devices or vehicles connected to a Device) that is not Device Management Data.
Telemetry Data means any information collected by electronic tracking technology or starter interruption technology, regardless of whether such information is transmitted or retained in the device, and includes, without limitation, information pertaining to the location, speed and motion status of a motor vehicle.
